The lady who served us was fabulous. She made choosing a new bed and mattress really easy..

We were given the option to have our old bed and mattress taken away and disposed of, for which we paid £90. We managed to find someone who was in need of a bed so we gave it to them, Dreams promptly gave us a refund without question.
Our new bed is great, no back ache anymore.

The Bed that tells you what mattress suits you both....it was amazing, once delivered best nights sleep ever

The service in the shop in stevenage was brilliant,

delivery guys were OK
After paying almost 4 thousand pound for our bed the first night we felt we were rolling to the edge of the bed , and my husband also rolled into the middle of the bed (zip and link super king size bed med and hard side )
We tried for a few nights but still felt the same ,
Also the mattress seems to small for the base and so much smaller than our old super king zip and link bed .
On the hard side it was also lumpy so we spent £80 on a mattress topper to help the comfort

so we contacted customer service department and they sent a so called independent inspector out to look
He came ,he measured the bed , he put a mattress protector on the bed , he then got on the bed he lay on his back for no more than 30 seconds he got off the bed and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bed !!!!
On the report nothing was mentioned about the lumps or the feeling of rolling or the mattress to small for the base
He was in our house no more than 20 minutes.
We had no contact for 8 days so my husband contacted customer service, we were told they didn't have an email address for us so they didn't bother although they had our telephone number, eventually they sent a report
So after seeing the report my husband called customer service again omg how RUDE AND UN HELPFUL the guy didn't want to listen to our issues
He said our only option was to have a new mattress but we are worried we could wait another 6 weeks to have the same problem and will it fit the base !!!! Still waiting to be resolved!!! Dream has become a nightmare don't waste your money with this company!!

A good deal on a bed (stock clearance) - delivered within a week and the bed is wonderfully comfortable - definitely recommend

Purchased a mattress from Dreams, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery date very acceptable where regular updates were provided for delivery. Good quality mattress and very happy with the price that was discounted too.

So far so good don’t expect ther to be problems but I know where to come!

Very helpful salesman, happy to discuss the pro’s and cons of the different styles of bed. Nothing was too much bother and he was endlessly patient. The bed arrived at the pre arranged time. The two delivery men were very quick and competent and left the room
immaculate. No one has tried the bed yet. Purchased for my son on his visits,he should appreciate it,he complained bitterly about the old bed.

The guy who served us, think he was called Jason was super helpful on both store visits. He moved mattresses around and gave us lots of info to help us choose the right mattress.
