This is a scam company I placed an order 3 months ago and they said that they sent my outfit never received it they said they would send me out a second outfit to replace it that took 40 days to get here I've been tracking it the whole time it says it was delivered. Which it wasn't! They said they're only gonna give me 60% of my money back of an outfit that I've paid for, which I probably won't get! They would not confirm the address that was in my payment information nor the address that was filed with the order. I can't even log in to there at the website to view it myself.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. But I also blame myself for not reading reviews and getting excited about something I saw on the gram. I ordered in March of 2023 and here we are in end of May 2023, I have not received my order. I even gave them a chance to send another and NOTHING! They Want to issue a partial refund but I will be disputing the charges.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I think we all should get a hold of the big wigs and get this out to the public go on the radio and TV tick tock everywhere and let everybody know what the hell is going on they are stealing thousands and thousands of dollars from everyone they need to be stopped I ordered almost 3 months ago and I got nothing it won't even let me go onto there sight this is totally uncalled for and the biggest joke show ever seriously think about all the money they have taken from God only knows how many people I'm so pissed 😡 5 different orders I put in hundreds of dollars and not a god dam thing to show for they need to be in the media and delt with harshly

I ordered from dressgear over a month ago. Haven't received my package. The tracking site says it was delivered. I'm now in the process of emailing to get my money back. What a SCAM!!

Wish I would've read the other reviews before being scammed as well....

Currently emailing back and forth for a resolution so we'll see. Ordered a month ago, tracking system said it was delivered but wasn't. Offered to resend order but signed this time. Said I didn't want to wait another month and requested refund. Said they could give partial refund only. Have now requested that they resend with a signed option at no charge so we'll see...fingers crossed,not holding my breath.

I ordered from here 35 days ago still haven't received my items even though it says they delivered them on.the 16 I went to my postal service and they said this is a fraudulent company and there was never a package and they got me the info to start a case for fraud.

Never received order, although they say it was delivered (I would know if a bunch of clothing arrived). Have been getting complete runaround about refund.
DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

If I could give zero I would. Ordered 3/4/23 then on 5/5/23 I was told my order was delivered. Sent an email and was told I could get a 50% then it went up to 70% and now 90% refund. I have escalated this issue with my bank. Why pay for shipping insurance if you are only going to get part of your money back. I've never heard of any company giving back a partial refund. Wouldn't even give me the delivery company details so I could get in touch myself.

Never received my package. They said it was delivered but it never was. Asked for a refund and they said they would refund me but only refunded me $2 when I spent over $40. They are fast at responding back and that's the only thing they did that was good I would not do business with them..

I ordered some clothes from this fake company. Two months went by and I still have not received my product. No phone number to call and no tracking number that I can look up to see where my stuff is. Do Not Buy from This Place!!!!! "!!!SERIOUSLY. !!!!!" THE SITE LOOKS LEGIT AND THE CLOTHES ARE EXTREMELY CUTE BUT THERE IS NO PRODUCT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY RUN!!!! I never received my order. After several attempts to contact the company (which appearatently does not have a phone number), they state my items were delivered and they are willing to refund me half my money. The company is a scam and so is the tracking company they supposedly use. They do not have a phone number either and I am unable to contact them directly. DO NOT BUY!!! BEWARE!!

I have ordered several things and same as everyone else it saying it was delivered and I have not seen one thing.I think someone needs to pay us back are be in jail for what they have done to all of us.This is not right to take money from people and get away with it.

I have been waiting 23 days for my package to arrive it said 7:00 to 12 days it would be here according to the tracking it was delivered there is someone at my house 24/7 I never received the package and now they will not answer my customer service emails this place is a scam do not trust them they will steal your money I'm old I'm disabled and I can't afford to throw money away do not order from this company
