I ordered 2 dresses 3 pair of shoes and a bag 5 weeks ago..I have received nothing! Not an email not anything. Can't get ahold if a person to find out something, I really need these items my only daughter is graduating in less than a month from high school. Please respond

I ordered from dress gear on March 12, 2023 & here it is April 15, 2023 & still nothing. I paid extra to have it shipped in 3 days. It said my stuff has been shipped. It gave me a tracking number. It doesn’t say where it is. Just that it was shipped from China. So, I’ll put another review, if I ever get the stuff I ordered.

this is by far the worse website ever and nothing but a huge scam. I placed 4 orders over a month ago and finally today received one of my orders in which was the second order however they didnt even send me what I originally order i ordered a 2 piece outfit and they sent a fake ring I have contacted them multiple times and the only response I get is my tracking information. This website is a scam and a joke and ill be reporting them if my money is not refunded I spent well over $100 and never received anything that I had ordered i will be using alliexpress from here on out its very secure in many ways dressgear is fake and fraud and a scam and a joke

Do not buy anything from these people they are scammers, I placed my order on February 13th 2023 and my tracking said it was delivered on the 14th of April. I haven't received anything at all, save your money because they will take your money and send you nothing. They are worthless

I ordered in Feb 2023 and as of April 12th I still have no order it says it's been shipped and delivered but it has not. It's unable to track the order

i ordered a selection of items 26th march 2023 and have not received order,other customers believe the company is not legitimate

I placed a big order on March 15th 2023. As of April 11 2023 still nothing. Dressgear2180.The tracking they gave me says that the products were delivered. I have called the usps and they said they have no tracking number nor did they deliver this package. This is the most dreadf place to order from. I have emailed dressgear three times with no response.

I've ordered from them and nobody knows where my order is but they sure were quick to take the money it's now been 23 days but the USPS can't find it UPS cannot find it and it doesn't even give a delivery date this is b******* ripped off once again

I order a whole outfit for my son's baseball games shoes shirts shorts and earrings on March 3,2023 as of April 6,2023 it says my order was delivered. I'm a stay at home mom and I never received my package absolutely ridiculous I have emailed over and over with no response do not order from dressgear as it is s scam.

I first received a tracking number that i could not track. I was told it was because it was an international shipment. So I was then given another tracking number that was a legit tracking number but the package was never international. Today I checked it and it was delivered to another state. How they got that address is crazy to me! I believe this site is a scam. I will probably never get my orders!

Terrible shipping !, they shipped my order 3 provinces away from me befour they mailed them to me, and when m order came it, it wasn't even what I ordered ! Terrible place to order

The communication with this company is amazing. They send emails with any questions and confirm measurements, etc. They do everything they can to ensure the dress fits perfectly. My daughter wore this to prom and was stunning!!!
