Ordered a dress with Dresswe. I cannot say enough good things about Dresswe or my dress. I got it fast and made to fit and the price could not be beat. My pics are pretty low budget due to me being the photographer but you will get the idea. The color is Champagne.I love it very much. Thank you.

I absolutely love this dress and it fits amazingly. I usually wear a 6 and ordered an 8 and it fits perfectly. I was concerned I would have to alter but I didn't. The material and colors are bright and beautiful. I can't wait to wear this to an event.I am 5'10" and weigh 134 lbs., and this dress still flows and drags a little like shown in the picture. I wanted it that way so was glad it was nice and long.

I got the boots I ordered in the announced time, and it corresponds to the description and the pictures. I am satisfied. However, even if customer service was fast to help me, the system for production/shipment tracking could be improved.

Ordered the boots on 21/08, contacted them on 30/08 via order consultation on the product page, due to no info on production finish in the account.
Got quick answer that the product was ready to ship.
Contacted again on 05/09 due to no info on shipment in the account
Got tracking number on 06/09 that the boots were sent on 31/08
Finally got the product on 08/09.

Be aware that the "clock count down" indicating duration of a sale might be a way to push you buy now, because the clock actually resets every time (for my product)

This dress was amazing. I bought in red and I'm not disappointed. I was afraid because of the quality but nothing to say about it. If you want it don't hesitate take it.

I ordered a wedding dress from dresswe. There is a issue with the dress but I contacted them. The customer service agent is very patient and they helped me out. I think I should share my good shopping experience with all of the customers.

My little sister's birthday party is coming. I bought her a beautiful dress for her party. It was a pink dress, which is her favourite color. She loves it very much.

DO NOT buy from this site. In my case they made a return a horrible experience and did not provide a return address for weeks. The start making questions, one a a time, so it takes forever. The bridal dress could not be cannot be handled without a bunch of sequins falling down. It disintegrates. The sewing is so poor that the breast cups are not even inside the lining and the finishing details are horrible. The waistband is plastic! The zipper will refuse to go down all the way, it's difficult to handle as it gets stuck all the time in the fabric. I was never able to try the dresses on because of this. The second dress is just as poorly made. The armholes are so small I couldn't even try it on and I am a size 8. It has remains of the sewing threads hanging all over. It does not resemble at all the picture. I have contacted them within the required time many times I know I'm sending pictures and a detailed description of the deficiencies in craftsmanship in these dresses. I finally had to start a dispute with Pay Pal as it has been so incredibly difficult to even get email responses.

The dress is beautiful!!! The craftsmanship is awesome.I got so many compliments with the dress on the party. I felt like a princess!

Today I'll show you my beautiful black and turquoise prom dress. I opted for a short one, as I don't feel very comfortable in long dresses. I found it on DressWE and immediately fell in love with it. It was made custom size, so if you ever decide to order don't worry that it may not fit you - you can always have it handmade after your own measurements. Shipping was quite fast.

This is a beautiful dress. I bought it in the Grape color. I had it custom sized and it fits great. I am very pleased with this dress. I would recommend it for anyone!!!!

This dress was amazing! I picked custom measurement sizing, and when it came, I couldn't have been more happy! It fit perfect in every place, and I felt beautiful. Thank you dresswe! I have since then ordered other dresses from here and will continue to do so!! Make sure when you're dress shopping that you order it a while before the event, they do need time to make the dress and alter it to what you need! It is worth the wait and money!!

The quality and the size of the item was terrible and completely different from what described. So I sent the item back. First they did not accept that they received the item so I had to take official confirmation from German Post which took me such a long time. After that they just refunded me about 40$ of the amount. As I opened a conflict case in Paypal they offered me to delete my reviews and close the case so that they would pay back my money. I just deleted the reviews but afterwards they did not answer me any more. Anyway I put the decision on the case to Paypal. So do never give them your money for their rubbish.
I think they just have a bunch of rubbish and survive through not refunding the returned items.

This company sent a formal dress with a lace bodice that was completely unfinished and sequins falling off the dress. After sending pictures and email after email, this company has spent the past two days trying to NEGOTIATE a refund of only $30, telling me I need to get the dress repaired. They also sent a pair of shoes that were falling apart. There was also a purse that was out of stock, and instead of providing a refund from an item they had out of stock, they insisted I pick another item from their website to replace the item they had out of stock. They want me to pay the return shipping to SINGAPORE (NOT LONDON THEY ADVERTISE TO BE LOCATED IN) for the poor quality products they mailed to me.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! MY DOG COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB SEWING A FORMAL GOWN!!!

The only reason I gave this website one star, is because I could not give them zero!!!

Update after company response............
This company's claims to have worked with me to resolve the problem, but these "efforts" never resulted in anything that resembled good customer service.

Thanks guys for such an amazing job.Although I paid custom duty I think it was all worth it. Will definitely be ordering more from this site
