There was no question to get the car ASAP even on his day off he had coordinated with a coworker to have it delivered that day ! Highly recommend !

They worked quickly to get me approved for financing and they were able to help me find a vehicle that fit my needs, it was also a lower mileage car then I was expecting to get which was a pleasant surprise

I swear to god this works. I was so worried at first! But they helped me find a car within my budget and i love it! This is not a scam. They go through everything with you and they drop the car off too! No issues on the car very helpful people you will not regret this decision!

Steve's "partner" Meena ran two hard credit checks without permission and was trying to get me financed for a vehicle that was $30,000 more than I told her was able or willing to spend. This was in February. I reported this to Steve when he reached out to me and he brushed it off. It's 3 months later and he had the audacity to reach out again and try to sell me another vehicle. I didn't leave a review before even though I was annoyed, but now he gets a one star review because he clearly doesn't listen to feedback.

They asked me for my name and Drivers lisence. Even before started saying anything, I said please do not submit any credit application or hard check on my credit.
I wanted to see if you guys have something in stock that I am looking for. Despite requesting not to check hard check my credit, they did. Even before they gave me any option for cars or showing me any car. I found out 1 week later. I received a text saying pre-approved. I was like, I didn't even choose any car or I didn't ask for check my credit. I asked the guy why did you submit hard check on my credit????
He was like this is our regular process.
I sent a text to Steve on his Instagram account, asking why they do it. He said he will get back to me with an answer. Never get back to me.
Please know your rights and never ever buy from these guys.

Applied online, the next day I had 5 texts and 3 phone calls. Told them that I was waiting on an answer from a dealership and the woman kept pushing that Chelsea would have a better deal for me. Got another text this morning asking if I contacted this Chelsea woman after I told them more than once that I was waiting. They told me I was pre-approved with only my name and the name of my employer. Seems like a scam. And they like to pressure people.

I got the best car within the quickest time I could imagine. Even though it is a second hand vehicle
, it feels like brand new. The best customer service. Thank you Steve!

don’t buy from these guys, They hounded my husband to buy a vehicle, was told interest rate was 6% turned out it was 8%. Said they would pay for extra warranty if my husband bought the truck, but instead was put on the loan.. Then promised a $500 bonus if he signed for the truck that day. Never recieved it. Anytime we had questions or try to get the welcome bonus they would text and say “we’re in a meeting” and that happened quite often only after buying the truck. Also the truck got delivered with just a quarter tank of gas, and ALOT of scratches that was not shown to us through pictures. Was also told they would reimburse for the gas and never did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately, I experienced a significant car accident on Monday which resulted in the loss of my Denali with 1,490,000 kilometers without any prior issues. Due to the serious injuries I sustained, I am currently unable to search for a new vehicle. However, through the remarkable problem-solving skills and prompt action of Steve and his partner, I was able to acquire my new Denali by Friday, which turned out to be perfect. This experience taught me that sometimes we end up receiving what we didn't know we wanted, but actually deeply desired.

Despite lingering nostalgia for my previous car's features, the test drive of the Nissan 2023 Rogue impressed me with its sleek design and performance.

Receiving approval for the purchase brought immense relief, and the warmth and hospitality on pick-up day enhanced the experience. However, my elation turned to dismay upon discovering discrepancies in the paperwork, leaving me with unexpected financial burdens.

While Paragon Auto Mall initially seemed promising, the unforeseen challenges left a bitter taste. As I navigate through this situation, I can only hope to manage the payments effectively.

The team put in so much hard work and kindness into getting me into a vehicle I could afford, fit my lifestyle, and that I wanted. I’m so grateful for all their hard work.

Everyone was very helpful and patient (i was pretty indecisive of what i wanted) but they ened up getting me into a 2018 ram that i am very happy with also they helped me with a few other hurdles i had to get over to get things rolling

Anyone who gives them their actual SS number deserves what they get. NEVER give this out. They have asked me numerous times for mine. I gave them a completely bogus number and they have since given me so many "valid" reasons why they need my actual SS#. Stay local, shop local, buy local!

Talking with the team member I wasn't rushed into a decision, was able to take my time and make a good choice.
Not much I could say to improve as I had no issues at all
