Service commercial moyen, Service client exceptionnel !
L'expérience d'achat chez Dr. Martens est franchement moyenne. Les délais de livraison ont du mal à être tenus, les boîtes arrivent pas mal abîmées, ce n'est pas super.
En plus de ça, j'ai eu un souci avec un échange : le transporteur DHL ne mettait pas à jour le suivi du retour. Il a fallu attendre 2 semaines et faire signer une attestation sur l'honneur de la part du point relais pour enfin déclencher l'échange.
En revanche, le service client est magistral ! J'ai rarement eu affaire à des gens aussi gentils au téléphone sur un service client.
Mention spéciale à Angèle et Eli qui m'ont accompagné avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et ont répondu rapidement à mes demandes.
Bref, Dr. Martens 2/5, service client 8/5, d'où le 5/5 ! Bravo au service client, vous avez sauvé la note !
Sinon les chaussures déchirent sa race, quel bonheur !

Esperienza allucinante. Sebbene sia un marchio famoso e ho comprato sul sito ufficiale, ho avuto problemi con la misura della scarpa, stranamente la mia taglia aveva una vestibilità per un bambino di 10 anni. Problemi per il reso. Quando scarico il modulo e avvio la procedura la schermata riporta due opzioni, reso gratuito con ups, reso a pagamento con dhl. Scelgo il primo. Non viene generata una etichetta di reso, ma solo un indirizzo dove inviare il pacco. Deduco a mie spese. Chiamo call center che mi consente di rifarlo con dhl. Finalmente riesco a spedirlo dal punto di ritiro. Il 31 marzo. La spedizione viene tracciata correttamente fino a che nn giunge nello stato estero e rimane non aggiornata per una settimana. Dopo vari solleciti viene aggiornata al 15 aprile ed al 21 aprile è sempre ferma. Dhl italia mi risponde che all estero nn hanno competenza. Ancora nn è finita. DIFFIDATE E DIFFONDETE QUESTA INFORMAZIONE PER EVITARE ALTRE TRUFFE AD ALTRI!

I am very satisfied with the service. The original package arrived slightly damaged, and some items inside were affected. I contacted support right away, and they responded on the next working day. Within a week, I received a new parcel with all the damaged items replaced.
I truly appreciate their quick, professional response and how efficiently they resolved the issue.
And of course, the quality of the products speaks for itself—exactly what you would expect from Dr. Martens.

Ordered some boots in March and delivery was brilliant. Unfortunately the boots don’t fit and I couldn’t find the box. When I initially requested a return I was told that I needed the box but in some instances Doc Martens will accept a return. I don’t get a response so called them and was told that without the box I couldn’t return them. Shocking customer service for such a renowned company. Wouldn’t recommend!

Excellent customer service from Clifford! He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient while handling my warranty replacement. He made sure I received the correct Made in England model and kept me updated throughout the process.

Langsam und rückständig in der Abwicklung
Der Onlineshop funktioniert oft nicht. Umtausch und Rückgabe sind super kompliziert und man braucht einen Drucker wie im letzten Jahrhundert. Alles läuft extrem langsam ab. Der Kundenservice ist auch keine Hilfe.

Mijn pakket was vedwenen, maar stond wel als afgeleverd door UPS. Ik heb contact opgenomen met Dr. Martens en die heeft mij weer een nieuw pakket toegezonden. Gelukkig met dit pakket alles goed gegaan. Dank jullie wel Dr. Martens voor de snelle oplossing!

Dangerous product quality
Dangerous product quality - Severe physical injury!
I have been a fan of Dr. Martens for years, but the Mary Jane model I recently purchased is dangerously defective. I wore them only once for a few hours, and the result was traumatic. The leather/structure is so unnaturally stiff that it physically broke my big toenail and caused deep, bleeding wounds on my heels. This is not a "break-in" issue; it is a serious safety and quality control failure. A shoe should never cause this level of physical damage and loss of mobility within hours. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the safety of their current manufacturing standards. Avoid this model if you value your health.

Love Dr Marten boots but their quality is questionable
Love Dr Marten boots but their quality has definitely got poorer recently. I had my last pair of boots for 8 years before I got some serious cracking, bought the exact same pair and 8 months in they look older than my original pair. Their sales are always worth a look and I love that they do larger sizes in the unisex styles.

I don’t want to even give them one star. Really bad customer service. Don’t buy from them directly as returning faulty products is painful,
Bought a pair of boots. Within an hour of wearing the stitching had come away, sent photos back and explained it was not stitched correctly. The boots were now full price, would not give a refund or allow a return instead offered 10% return.
So bad please think twice before buying from them
Poor customer service
Ordered a pair of boots in the sale and yes they did not arrive. Stuck at Gatwick. Contacted customer services and they refunded the money despite me requesting another pair to be sent. Outcome from customer services is I could reorder the boots at the full price with a mega 10% discount. They denied that they could send me another pair as it wasn’t like for like. The only difference was the price. I have been wearing Docs for many years and now feel sadly disappointed. No more new docs.

Fantastic customer service. The person dealing with my issue was Ben R. I couldn’t fault him at all. He was prompt with his replies to my emails and sorted my issue out within a couple of days.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Die bestellten Schuhe wurden schnell geliefert. Leider waren sie beschädigt (dunkle Flecken auf der Oberseite beider Schuhe). Die als Ersatz gelieferten Schuhe waren ebenfalls beschädigt (lange Kratzer auf der Oberseite beider Schuhe). Statt Schuhe zu liefern, die einwandfrei sind, wurde der erneute Umtauschwunsch durch DrMartens in eine Rückabwicklung umgewandelt. Unfassbar ärgerlich und daher nicht empfehlenswert.

De eerste paar schoenen die ik had besteld kreeg een scheur na één keer dragen. Toen ik naar de klantenservice ging mailen, kreeg ik heel snel een nieuwe paar. Verder werd ik in de winkel heel goed geholpen toen ik om advies vroeg voor het verzorgen van de schoenen. Kortom, het was een zeer prettige ervaring en dit zal zeker niet mijn laatste paar Dr. Martens zijn!!

Overall, I think these are good products. Unfortunately had to return a pair of boots, and the size I needed was not in stock. However, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I think their customer service is very good.

Nur leider haben sie nicht gepasst . So das ich Umgetauscht habe .
Nur leider wurde mir von niemandem mitgeteilt das das Ersarpaar schon geliefert wurde . Dadurch vergingen 7 Tage . Auf Nachfragen reagierte der Kundenservice nicht .
Heute wurde nur gesagt. Ach die Schuhe gingen zurück . Und dann kann man nichts machen. Ich würde versuchen eine Lösung zu finden .
