The whole process from start to finish has been the best experience l have ever had. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism along the whole journey of my treatment. To say lm happy is an understatement. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business.

There’s a lot of bad reviews and sadly I also had a bad experience. The only reason I’m giving three stars for my representative Ilgın. That went over and above to sort out any issues. Even though my surgery was more than 20 days ago, she is still in contact helping me with my after-care. This is a special thank you to. Do NOT WASTE your MONEY or YOUR TIME at Dr Pilus for crowns. This dental experience at this clinic, is deeply, Unprofessional yet v disappointing. The staff exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and lack of basic manners, one of the girls shouted at me, on my first visit because, all because I told her the crown was not fitting well.and she wanted me out as she was late for her next appointment.

Majority staff are very obnoxious and incompetent. Appointments are confirmed a night before only which is inconvenient. You have no idea what they will be doing on that appointment. (I had various treatments for my teeth) This company has no care or empathy. Once your money is taken they do not care! The workmanship was subpar, leaving me questioning the quality of the treatment. Doors are left open whilst having treatment. Assistants are young, immature, chewing gum. Unprofessional, incompetent staff, very poor organisation and time management. I had my mouth opened, for 4 hours in the first session. This dental experience and the staff exhibited a traumatic,shocking, lack of professionalism and all staff lacked basic manners.

I was reassured it won't happen on my second visit by the rep.
The hypocrisy, the useless arrogant manger on my second visit was disrespectful and told me to hurry up after I waited nearly over an hour to be seen. I said I was advised the crown would be looked at first. He said it's not my problem. He has no manners and tried to threaten me by saying go to your appointment now or I'll send another patient. I told him not to threaten me and he just looked away! I have a vidShame on you! All whilst I was trying to explain the situation for 5 minutes. He could not wait, yet I waited for nearly an hour. However this time I spoke back and told the staff my thoughts as I am a confident & tenacious individual! I have not paid money for this b.s I got! No translation yet states it in your package translator. Deceiving and untrue. Nobody takes accountability for their mistakes. Very poor workmen ship when it comes to crowns being fitted.

Would I recommend this clinic or go again ABSOLUTELY A BIG, FAT, NO! Also a man randomly started taking a video without my consent. I was not happy. It's so rude to just start taking a video for your clinic, whilst having your mouth opened, without asking me first.

They make out the package is so good once you paid they don't care. Unacceptable service and behaviour!

A incompetent young dentthe issue on the last 2 days ( the crown again is not covering the whole tooth?) and the receptionist with a bob cut was lovely.The rest awful characters & no customer service.

Message to Dr Pilus: manager no management skills! You have no management skills and yes this is YOUR problem! I recommend everyone to AVOID Dr Pilus - Istanbul Turkey 100%!

And X3 weeks later the crown of my implant come out which is costing me £250 to get re cemented. This is v inconvenient and poor workmen ship!

Response to your lies: on the first occasion I had no translator. Also your dentist was abusive and shouted at me. Your assistant lied through her teeth. Enjoy your commission that you so desperately wanted a d pressure people to book up and pay good money for unprofessional and poor service! You and your staff have no shame. And I will ensure I let everyone know not to book with you. I recommend people before I had my treatment and you harass and push to get treatments booked then treat people like a number. You are failed to listen why woul I come back to you when you failed to do the job properly the first time!? You are paying for a hotel and transfers. What about the 3 days I am having to take off work and loose money because you failed to do the job properly. Representative was useless and unsupportive on all occasions. I was not abusive I have the right to be angry.Rep has no right to shout at me! On the second occasion the rude pale skinny man has no manners and made me wait over an hour . I asked three times what's going on. No time management, unorganised, condescending, arrogant, ill mannered manger who threated me saying you need to go to the rooms he's waiting. I waited an hour and said no I want to explain ( for five minutes) so do not make things up) the little man with light brown eyes had a I don't care attitude hence why you have a review from me which is very detailed telling you, you will care and this is YOUR PROBLEM. You glued my IMPLANT when your are suppose to screw it in. You declined. So NO YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HELPFUL QUITE THE OPPOSITE TRAUMATIZED EXPERIENCE WITH A BUNCH OF IGNORANT INCOMPETENT STAFF AND COMPANY. Absolutely awful. ***AVOID THIS CLINIC ***😊

Me and my partner went to drpilus, I went for 24 zirconium crowns and my partner went from breast enlargement.

We agreed a price, however upon initial consultation, I was told my teeth were going to be £700 more than we agreed as I needed 3 root canals and 2 fillings.

I then decided to have 20 zirconium crowns instead of 24 to keep the cost down, this was agreed with all root canals and fillings, it was only £100 more than my initial quote. So I agreed.

When all my treatment had finished, I’d asked the dentist how many root canals or fillings I’d had and she told me 0. So in essence I’d paid £100 more than the price of 24 crowns and I’d only had 20 crowns.

I queries this with them, they said on the final dentist appointment, the refund would be issued. (Of course it wasn’t).

I continued chasing them regarding the refund for weeks when I was back in UK with no luck, my messages were being ignored, and any time I did get a reply, it was that the finance department were processing my refund blah blah blah.

I then get told the refund amount is only £150, and that western union doesn’t permit transactions in GBP so they cannot issue my refund.

Firstly, how is my refund only £150 when I had 4 less crowns than agreed? Secondly, they had no intention of issuing me any sort of refund.

My partner was planning on going back for dental work at the end of the year, and they had the cheek to say they’d deduct the refund amount from my partners surgery cost when she returns.

I would never use this clinic again and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.

On top of this, the drivers are always late to pick you up and you’re sat waiting around at the clinic after treatment to be dropped off.

They act like you’re a priority until you make the payment and then they couldn’t care less!!!

Very disappointed and annoyed I trusted these people!

I am writing this review as I had facial fat grafting done as reccomended by beyza after consulting with dr semih yaman - my consultant was beyza (and translator) beyza made the transition very smooth and comfortable from arranging the pick up - to the hotel - and during the procedure. The after care also has been fantastic -, constant communication and no question is a bother for beyza. Awaiting for my final results - hopefully it is looking very promising

I had two missing teeth after a car accident. I went to DRP Dental Clinic as it was close to my office. My consultant Mr. Esan helped me during all the process. I had my dental treatment done 2 months ago. I am really happy with the end result. Special thanks to Ünal, Şeyda, Esan and Tugay. It was a really successful procedure. Back home, I will suggest my friends.

This clinic is a total scam. I had otoplasty done here in April 2025 and the result was ZERO — absolutely no change. It’s like nothing was done at all, just a waste of money. When I contacted them, they refused to take any responsibility and even hid the name of the doctor who operated on me. That’s shady and completely unprofessional.

They offered me a “free correction,” which I never asked for — I asked for my money back, which they refused. They ignore messages, avoid giving real answers, and treat international patients like trash once payment is done.

DrPilus is not a real medical clinic — it’s a tourist trap for people desperate for cosmetic changes. They just want your money. If you value your health, your time, and your dignity: DO NOT GO HERE.

I will be reporting them to every medical board, including the Turkish Ministry of Health.

Je me suis rendue à deux reprises chez DrPilus pour la pose d’implants dentaires dont les tarifs sont beaucoup plus compétitifs qu’en France et j’ai été ravie du résultat final et du professionnalisme de l’ensemble des équipes. Ces dernières se sont montrées réactives et à l’écoute et l’organisation du séjour encadrée par Betul a été d’une grande efficacité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement!

Un grand merci à Dr Pilus pour avoir organisé ma greffe de cheveux à Istanbul. Particulièrement, je tiens à remercier Tugay pour tout son excellent travail d’accompagnement, de support et d’organisation de mon séjour. Tout s’est absolument bien déroulé. Du 1er contact par téléphone jusqu’au jour de l’intervention. Tugay a su m’expliquer tout en détail, me rassurer et m’accompagner tout au long des démarches. La clinique et le personnel étaient au top. L’accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de toutes les équipes, la qualité très haut de gamme des locaux. Tout était absolument parfait. Je recommande chaleureusement DrPilus et Tugay pour leur accompagnement dans cette belle aventure.

For my perfect smile, although I had to have a lot more work than anticipated and I do have to go back in 12 weeks for my final appointment,I can honestly say from the minute I stepped of the plane I was looked after by the friendly welcome of my driver, who stayed my driver for the full week and he could not have been more welcoming,
The doctors, nurses and reception staff were so professional and pleasant,
The dentist was so clean and tidy, my personal rep was also a translator so we had no misunderstanding, I am looking forward to return and have my work finished!

Well I was impressed with the way Sezer and team were so professional, friendly and helpful, Aldo explaining each and every step to be followed. I must say I was abit nervous cause I am very scared of pain but everything went well and mostly pain free.
Ozlem I think you need to be transparent in costs l, and be available for your customers. I only saw you once and you were available on the phone. Not happy at all with the accommodation provided, versus what was promised. Overall I rate you 10/10

I can not say enough about the service and professionalism we got from dealing with Drpilus. Our contact was Ozlem and she was always quick to reply and so positive and helpful. Our dentists were amazing. Fast, thoughtful, caring. Dr. Nursana was simply the best every time. As for value, we have been going to Mexico because our Canadian Dental is too expensive. This is much better in price and service!! Last the drivers were always so Helpful. Highly recommend this service in everyway.

Very professional clinic, i had a great experience. The communication with Özlem went flawless she made sure to answer all my questions in great detail and took care of everything perfectly. I had my teeth done by dr. Sezer. He was very patient with me because i moved alot and i kept closing my mouth. I had a very difficult case with my teeth but he still managed to make the end result very beautiful. I’m very happy with my teeth & i recommand it to everyone who thinks about getting their teeth done to go to this clinic!
