I had my nose surgery done in January 2025. I am happy with my nose, but the stay in the hospital was a nightmare. The offer was supposed to be a 24-hour translator, but no one in the hospital spoke English and the nurses were very unfriendly. On the day of my discharge, the dressing was to be removed and I was supposed to have a consultation with a doctor after the surgery. The doctor was late and they were looking for someone in a panic to remove the dressing so that I would be able to catch my flight, this doctor also did not speak English. On the day you pay, they will no longer be interested in you as at the beginning. The stitches on the outside of the nose were supposed to spread after 1.5 months and nothing like that happened, I had to go to my doctor to remove the stitches.

It went well since the start when Ozlem contacted me explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and maintained contact all the way through treatment and post treatment ozlem made me feel very welcome and is always positive and reachable at any time. Nursena was the dentist who did my preparation and procedure and I would like to say a big thank you she did everything perfect i cannot find one fault she was so caring and attentive and was constantly checking I was good even after it was complete she made sure I was seen before I went bk to the uk jus to make sure everything was safe and I was happy with the work. Big thank you to dr pilus and team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I came for 5 implants.
Everything went very well.
Dr Pilus team is great, staring from Ozlem who was my mentor, Hassan my translator, the dentists and surgeon were very good and professional.
The Hotel is clean and excellent variety of food for breakfast. The only downside was that my room smells like cigarettes.
This was my first visit and experience to Istanbul for my treatment and l am due to come back in May for my second treatment. I cannot wait to come back as l now know what to expect. I was very anxious at first but got quickly reassured.
I really recommend Dr Pilus for anyone who wants to do their teeth.

Lamentable ..fui por una lipovaser y me hicieron una liposucción De las de antes ...los resultados un desastre las cicatrices horribles me dijeron que me iban a quedar dos puntitos y me quedaron cicatrices grandes y los resultados pésimos estoy casi igual o peor que antes..me dijeron que antes de la operación tendría una cita con el cirujano y no se apareció a verme ..lo peor que hice fue ir a esta agencia a hacerme esto

Teeth are fabulous. Very natural looking. Organisation of dental appointments was chaotic. Would NOT recommend surgery. Had a breast uplift and care in hospital/aftercare was awful. Traumatic is an understatement.

Where do i start my agent was Beyza. Had the best experience. Fantastic A class. She was accommodating, helpfully. Gave all the advice needed and the hair transplant was amazing. I would highly recommend her again. Thank you so much. I'm so happy to see how my hair comes out. 😊

Estoy súper contento con el resultado final de mi rinoplastia, era una operación complicada, ya que además de estética también tenía el tabique nasal desviado por un accidente que tuve hace años atrás.

Si hay algún ciudadano español que tenga incertidumbre, le digo que no dude ni un segundo en ir a Turquía a operarse de la nariz y ponerse en manos de este espectacular doctor.

Mi traductor ESAN increíble, siempre resolvió mis dudas pre-cirugía y fue todo como me explicó al llegar a Estambul. Me ofrecio un trato cercano y amable.

El hospital muy moderno y habitaciones individuales. Las enfermeras un primor, siempre atentas por si te hace falta cualquier cuidado después de la cirugía.

Respecto al Dr. HÜSEYIN KARABULUT decir que aparte de cirujano plástico es otorrinolaringólogo, que es un especialista en la materia y sólo hace cirugías de narices.
Antes de la operación tienes una consulta con él donde te aconseja y tú puedes explicarle.
Si me hubiesen cobrado en España el precio que me han cobrado en Turquía, hubiese ido de todas formas a Turquía a hacerme la cirugía con este excelente doctor.
Podéis investigarlo por internet y veréis que la gente solo habla maravillas de él.

Después de todos los quebraderos de cabeza y los temores que tuve de ir o no ir a Turquía, ahora me alegro mucho de haberme decidido ir.

Clinique à éviter !!!!! Ne vous faites pas avoir vraiment des incapables !! Au début tout ce passe bien, j’arrive à Istanbul tout est ok on me récupère. Le lendemain on me cherche également pour la chirurgie c’est le jour J, Betul vient à la rencontre on va à la clinique et la surprise JE NE RENCONTRE JAMAIS le chirurgien c’est son assistante qui vient me faire les dessins. Après la chirurgie je remarque énormément de défauts dans la liposuccion mais ils me disent c’est normal c’est le début, ils me donnent un corset à scratch pour une lipo 360+ bras svp !! J’ai du directement acheté un plus adapté à mon opération c’etais du n’importe quoi, je reviens et la plus de nouvelle le temps passe et je me dégonfle et la l’horreur je me rends compte que la liposuccion est totalement bâclé on m’a clairement fait une demi liposuccion, le bas du ventre mais pas ce qui a au dessus du nombril, pas les poignets d’amour non plus, et au niveau de la taille un côté est plus prononcé que l’autre et sur le dos CATASTROPHIQUE une asymétrie du dos au niveau du gras prélevé et ils m’ont créé un nouveau plie au dessus des fesses ! Les bras on voit même pas de différence ! Vraiment je vous jure on dirait qu’un enfant a jouer au docteur avec mon corps. Je vais pas en rester là, ils ont fait la moitié de la liposuccion je veux la moitié de mon argent !!!

Had the best experience! I was first introduced to Beyza online and she guided me through everything including the consultation before I arrived, I had a full detailed plan out and had everything arranged on arrival. Everyone and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My dentist Dr. Sezer Özdem was very reassuring and quite funny. Im extremely happy with my results. I don’t even recognise my smile I keep looking in the mirror haha

J’avais énormément de crainte à l’idée de me faire un bbl, j’ai été à la clinque pilus accompagné d’Asmaa comme accompagnatrice/ traductrice et j’en suis heureuse ! Elle est à l’écoute , disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7 .. j’ai été seule donc j’avais besoin d’elle un dimanche à 23h et elle étais disponible ! C’est vraiment excellent !
Asmaa ma accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour , à toujours été là quand j’avais besoin et m’a toujours tout bien expliqué.
Pour la clinique je n’ai jamais vu une clinique aussi patiente , formidable, délicat , les infirmiers de jour comme de nuit sont incroyables ! Toujours disponible et à l’écoute du patient, j’en suis totalement ravie!
De plus le résultat du bbl est exactement comme je voulais , aucune complication, vraiment je vous la recommande 1000000000 fois !

I have broken deviated septum and hard breathing problem on my right nose due to several real life fights and breathing problems that I naturally born with it.

Due to my work load and scheduling was very difficult to organize everything from A to Z, had the chance to do it and Dr Pilus service was very good, I had problem and came late to Heathrow airport and missed my flights, as soon as I informed Dr Pilis, they rearranged everything again I booked another flight, I want to thank idil for taking care of me and helped me with everything.

Now it’s been 3month since my nose surgery and the it’s getting better and better, but first was very hard just require patience and trust the process and most importantly don’t do anything always contact Dr Pilus they will tell you everything and the response is very fast.

Thank idil for taking care of me and thank you Dr Hussen for doing my nose, he was probably top 5 doctor in Turkey.
As soon he saw my nose he knew what is needed and told me rip cartilage is required and advised me on everything.

As soon as the surgery is done I stayed in hospital for special care 5days to recover and the 7th day I returned to the uk,

I was blessed honestly.

My breathing is way way better now and my nose shape getting better
I wish I did this long ago but again the time and work load didn’t allow me.

Overall it was amazing experience,
