Superagradables, atentos, muy profesionales y el intérprete muy profesional, involucrado en todo y supera tentó, a sido una experiencia maravillosa, han hecho un trabajo conmigo excepcional, lo recomiendo al ciento por uno. GRACIAS A TOD@S POR VUESTRO BUEN TRABAJO.

Estoy muy decepcionada con esta empresa.
Mi lifting facial no quedó bien.ya que el estiramiento se ha soltado de los costados y por lo tanto se vuelven a ver bolsas en mis ojos.pague más de lo acordado por no llevar todo el dinero en efectivo .pedi que me evaluaran mi caso para que me repararan la cirugía q no quedó del todo bien.y simplemente se han hecho los tontos.
No quede bien estirada muy triste y decepcionada .no recomiendo esta empresa menos al traductor q es un sin…
Espero les sirva mi opinión y no caigan en lo mismo que yo.

Hi I'm from UK I just want to say thank you very much to the Dr's ozlam and tye nurse eslam they have been absolutely amazing from Start to finnish every think I needed they did and also they are constantly there when needed the hotel is beautiful the hospital is absolutely amazing and to be honest the transfer man that picked us up is absolutely lovely he even stopped on way to hotel and bought me and my friend a bagel 🥯 that was so so kind the nurse eslam was amazing and changing dressing and she even gives a massage and shows you how to continue doing it back home im going home with the perfect nose iv always wanted also had my boobs done last year at this same clinic and they are amazing too thank you so much your have made me feel so much better in my self

My treatment on my teeth was very efficient ,I got what I asked for and was advised about what extra work was needed and I felt it was. Just effective to get it all done , I was able to go back before I flew home for final touches and am very happy with the results

I was pretty scared at first to get my teeth done but The dentist was absolutely lovely and i put my trust in him and the experience was amazing i felt no pain at all the staff were amazing and very comforting I would highly recommend them to anyone As well as the service brilliant thank you so much i love my smile now i feel alot more confident thanks to drpilus and his team x

I have written a review that is mostly positive on here before. Since then I have noticed a few concerns about my nose. One side of my nose has missing bone, and you can see the shadow hollow under my skin in person. And if you trace you finger down the side you can feel it. It's also still painful. It's been 14 months since my surgery. Before the one year mark I had contacted the team on WhatsApp and told them my nose was still swollen. Each time I did I was passed over to the other account. Eventually I was given some advice to get some injections that you cannot get in the U.K. So I asked whether I could get them in their surgery and was told yes, but I should wait til the 1 year mark has passed to see full results. My nose before was nice in length the only concern was the upper bone as it had been broken and looked boxy to me. I feel like now the majority of my bridge bone has been removed. And the tip is just a ball. So has no definition, and I'm not happy with a stub. I did tell the surgeon I didn't want it to look generic. When Zehea was here, she would reply promptly but since she's left, I feel like I'm being ignored. The new people that have text me seem rude and dismissive, as if you discussimg your concerns with them is a inconvenience when that is their job. When you are simply voicing your issues with them. I am not happy with results or the attitude of the staff in after care. Barring in mind THEY told me to wait the 12 months and I'm more than sure their response will be...." Your 12 months aftercare has expired". Perhaps they want you to have to pay for a revision surgery? Idk but I'm not impressed, I should have payed extra and gone with a more reputable company that actually cared about their patients.

Please please please avoid this company at all costs possible. I am a 19 year old girl who put my upmost trust into this company and the coordinator Rozhin too! I was sold a dream with regards to my surgery. When I arrived at Istanbul we went to hospital and my tests were done. I was unaware that my actual surgeon wasn’t able to perform my surgery that day and my coordinator was aware as 2 other patients were in the same situation as me and were meant to be operated on the day before. Rozhin said to me that she thought the surgeons issues would have been resolved today so he could perform my procedure but it wasn’t. They then found an alternative Dr who was willing to perform my surgery- baring in mind I had no idea who this Dr was, I had done no research into this Dr and I was left with such stress and anxiety I felt I had no option but to go with this said Dr. After excepting to go ahead with the surgery with the new Dr I was then told I need to pay an extra £400 in order for the Dr to operate as he’s more experienced!! Can you believe it. I declined to pay the extra £400 as this was no fault of my own and this issue was caused by the company so it can be resolved by them. They then decided that they didn’t want the £400 anymore and it was fine to operate. MASSIVE READ FLAGS. After the operation I was left with little to no after care and I was expected to walk a mile round trip the day after my surgery to go and collect my own medication and antibiotics which was absolutely vile, I was really lucky to have my partner with me as I nearly fainted on 3 occasions on this commute to pick up the medication that they wanted me to take- barring in mind my Dr said this would be all dropped off to my hotel but the coordinator rozhin refused and send me a photo list of all the medication I needed which I then had to follow on and pay for myself. I was leaving at 9am on the Monday and please bare in mind I had no right to fly and I had to beg my coordinator to sort this for me. I’m now 3 months post op and my results are AWFUL, I have sagging skin, lose areas, horrific scarring and I’m too ashamed to even leave my house. DR PILIS HAS RUINED MY LIFE. I’m currently in contact with the Turkish health board and relevant authorities regarding my surgery as the coordinator rozhin said they can amend my surgery if I pay to have an alternative procedure they will then fix my horrific surgery they performed in the first place. My face and neck is RUINED! The company has HONESTLY RUINED MY LIFE I CANT EVEN LEAVE THE HOUSE, I WAS MORE CONFIDENT BEFORE MY SURGERY. They cling on to vulnerable and insecure individuals. I honestly wouldn’t step foot in any of dr pilus clinics even if I was dying! Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever come across and i wish I can help more people not to make the same mistake I made. Please do your research and don’t go a company because they “seem good” or have a high following. They pressure you into booking and they’ll ruin your life.

Quand tu as un moment stp : Attention organisme à fuir certains commentaires positifs sont mis par les traductrices elles mêmes. J'étais présente lorsqu'on mon amie est venu pour une rhinoplastie et lupoccucion, opération annulée une première fois car soit disant le chirurgien avait fait un accident de voiture, il nous l'on reportée 4 jours après, lundi opération mise en place et il ont oublié de lui ouvrir la bouche et de lui mettre l'oxygène durant l'anesthésie, ce qui a engendré une crise respiratoire et un envoi en soins intensif. Une erreur médicale d'après le médecin sur place qui incrimine l'anesthésiste. Du coup opération à nouveau annulée et des tests neurologiques à effectuer à son retour en france. Attention aucun remboursement de leur part et surtout aucun suivi de DR Pilus. Ils travaillent avec plusieurs cliniques dans la partie Asie de la Turquie. L'hôtel Byhotel a refusé d'appeler la police lorsque les personnes représentant DR pilus l'ont agressé devant eux car elle demandait le remboursement. Attention à aux traductrices Aysel Yilmaz, Betul, et Asma Belkibim. Nous aurions du lire les mauvais commentaires et ne pas croire Aysel quand elle nous a dit que ce sont des commentaires mis par des concurrents. C'est totalement faux. La patiente a des photos, des audios, et même l'enregistrement des conversations. Ne leur donner pas votre VIE !!!

Je remercie énormément toute l'équipe de la clinique du Dr Pilus, je suis venu de France pour une augmentation mammaire, le chirurgien m'a fait exactement se que je voulais! C'est magnifique et un effet vraiment naturel.
Également un très grand merci au infirmières qui sont à l'écoute et très rassurante malgrais la barrière de la langue .
Et un ENORME merci à Aysel la traductrice qui m'a aider dans toute les démarches du processus avec une gentillesse comme rarement j'ai vu et qui a su me guider . Grâce à son dévouement j'accepte enfin mon corps de femme ! Elle aura toujours une place particulière dans mon coeur!
Et merci à Bitul , traductrice également qui a pris le relais quand Aysel ne pouvait pas être présente !
Toute l'équipe est génial, même les chauffeurs de taxi 😉

Comment pouvez vous traiter vos patients ainsi, actuellement je suis en turquie et j'attends le remboursement de mon opération rhinoplastie et lupoccucion. Il y a eu un incident de l'anesthésie qui n'a pas mis l'oxygène à temps et j'ai du aller en soins intensifs. Retour à l'hôtel le jour même et vous me prenez plus de la moitié de frais pour une opération annulée. C'est très grave ce qu'il se passe même les autorités turques sont choqués, une plainte doit être déposée et je dois revenir pour réclamer le remboursement. J'ai tout les documents qui prouve ce qu'il s'est passé. A part l'interprète personne revient vers moi.ni la clinique ni l'agence. Et ce n'est pas un faux commentaire vous pouvez me contacter pour le nom prénom car je suis toujours en tturquie. Vous avez même des videos qui prouvent qu'il y a eu un problème. Vous prenez les tarifs français.

Aucune aseptisation des lieux matériel inadapté hôtel miteux docteur en basquette trouer ou plutôt des apprentis docteur qui se font dicté leur intervention et qui font de la charcuterie tous mes point se sont détacher le lendemain de l'intervention une intervention qui aurais du me coûter 3000 euro mais j'ai du retourner 4 fois en 6 mois et payer 3 fois plus chère car les implants on cassé à 3 reprise et aucun arrangement il mon fait payer et repayer les transport les vols l'hébergement et les soins sois près de 8000 euro pour des implant dents et pivot qui 6mois après et après 4 reprise du travail se déchausse toujours une haleine de poisson mort ne vous faite pas avoir par leur discours il ne sont la que pur votre argent et non aucun chirurgien qualifié je suis en procédure judiciaire avec eux malgrés les 3 casse de leur soins continu à nier leur responsabilité je vous averti et vous mets en garde ne surtout pas aller dans cet clinique ne croyez pas au témoignage ce sont de faut témoignage il mon proposé un pti rabais si je fesais une déclaration sur leur sous disant bon travail sauf qu'en refusant il ne veulent maintenant plus me recevoir pour réparer leur erreur ne vous fier pas à leur faux rire c'est une bande de voleur et totalement irresponsables leur dentiste m'a carrément crier dessus en me levant les mains quand je lui disais quil y avai un Probleme le fameux faux docteur César qui est totalement inapte et je m'en foutiste fuillez cet clinique ne vous faite pas avoir par ces escroc.

Bonjour j'ai connus cette clinique par hasard et je ne regrette absolument rien. Je les est contacté sur les réseaux sociaux puis j'ai directement eu une conseillère sur ma ligne privée watshap qui ma mise tout de suit à l'aise lors de nos échanges avec un français parfait et rassurant elle me repondait à toutes mes questions d'anxiété même jusqu'à 23h parfois... Le jour J est arrivée le voyage etait cool mais la voiture VIP l'hôtel 5 étoile avec (spa, piscine, hammam, sauna, jaccuzi, massage, salle de musculation...)le personnel groom service qui vous porte tout tous le temps..., la propreté arrivée la Clinique les infirmière gentille et bien polis comme tout et mon médecin bien à l'écoute de mes attente et respectueux...Tout et Tous étaient au TOP 👏👏👏 c'était juste un bonheur j'y suis aller pour 2 intervention Accompagné de ma grande sœur et les 2 ont été un succès ils sont tous à l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue je tiens à remercier personnellement ma conseillère et traductrice qui s'appelle "Aysel" Nous l'avons Adoré tout de suite ma grande sœur et moi, elle est douce, calme, émotif, 😆 compréhensible, patiente, présente, réactif, de la France à la Turquie elle ne m'a jamais lâcher aujourd'hui encore post-opératoire je lui écrit sur mes interventions et elle me réponds toujours avec vigilance comme si elle n'avait que moi comme ancienne patiente 🤣
Juste pour vous dire que la Clinique du Dr Pilus à de très bon Médecins et une très bonne Équipe aussi.

Je recommande fortement la clinique dr pilus, ma traductrice était Aysel comment vous dire que c’était juste un amour , elle a était au petit soin du début à la fin .
Tout c’est très bien passer , ma chirurgie à était plus que réussîtes.

Tarik m’a fait le massage dès le deuxième jour de mon opération. Il a été parfait et a su m’expliquer les bonnes positions et bonnes pratiques à avoir pour la suite.

Half a year has passed since the operation. The clinic manager does not answer me. I have terrible scars and oximetry. pus on the chest. I do not recommend this clinic. no way!!!! The thing is that I have terrible scars and the areolas on my chest are directed in different directions, they were not sewn on correctly. the right breast is lower than the left. This is not a matter of the first operation, but the fact that the work of the doctor at your clinic was not done well. I wrote to the managers of your clinic about this, but no one answered me.

My partner and I paid a substantial amount of money to both have veneers done at this clinic. We were greeted by a lady called Olsla who treated us like we were animals. They rushed our treatments as they were understaffed and cleanliness was an issue. Some staff were not even wearing masks and gloves in the treatment areas. I noticed equipment was not being sterilised also which is why my husband ended up getting a mouth infection. My teeth are also uneven the left side of my mouth is different to the right. The pain was excruciating and was not explained to us professionally from the beginning and after care was not even performed.
We complained before we left and Osla decided to purposely send the driver to the wrong airport so we missed our flight which we originally paid for with the clinic, therefore we had to pay for another flight back home and a hotel stay overnight. They refused to refund us and we are very disappointed with the service and results. I would not recomend anyone to use Drpilus in the near future absolutely disgusted at the way they treated us. Now we will be getting veneers redone in the UK we regret going to Turkey
