We were not looking forward to replacing our ageing oil boiler, but Dyfed went through all our options and guided us to the right decision for the property. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss or mess by a highly professional team. We would strongly recommend D.R. Plumbing & Heating.

Dyfyd came round to explain a few options for re-siting a new Worcester boiler which helped a lot , so we went ahead with the installation and it says a lot that Dyfyd even turned up with a selection of bricks to match up to where the old flue was, this team come highly recommended and they did not let me down very clean tidy and thorough with there work , so rather than ring up numerous plumbers i,m glad i read the reviews first and can say a job well done.

Dyfed took the time to sit with us and explain the installation procedure for a new oil boiler from start to finish. Arrived on time every day. Tidied up every day before going home. Would thoroughly recommend DR Plumbing and Heating to anyone thinking of replacing or renewing their heating system. Since he completed the work he rang us to check that everything was ok. Well deserves his 5 star rating!!

This is a great company, super trustworthy and efficient! We are so impressed with how quickly Dyfed got back to us, all the communication was great before and after the job was done. I had a problem with my boiler, after calling several plumbers who came out to try and fix it, I kept receiving the same message from them, it needs this and that done but I don’t have the time to do it! I think more like I haven’t a clue what I’m doing so don’t call me again. I called a good friend who recommended D.R. Plumbing! What can I say, this company is exceptional! Polite, professional, punctual and competitive! I will never use anyone different, the job was fixed within hours and I can’t recommend this company enough. My quote for replacement of oil boiler was quick, comprehensive, and competitive. Dyfed and his team worked quickly and efficiently . Heating system was thoroughly flushed and inhibitor added, a magnetic filter was plumbed in.The team left the area spotless. The system was commissioned and has run faultlessly to date. I am confident to give this company my recommendation.

Dyfed's quote for replacing my oil boiler was very competitive. Not only did he and the 'lads' replace boiler, but also previous issues I had with a couple of radiators were put right. Dyfed kept me continually informed of the work they were carrying out; he explained in great detail the operation of the Worcester Bosch. Top bananas. They were professional throughout from quite to the follow-ups. The quote was amended accordingly when they realised they needed to install fire board but it was still all done professionally. They have been in touch after to do follow up on the new boiler and digital control system. All round I would use them again and highly recommend.

Great service, Ordered the system on Monday and fitted it on Wednesday, They removed my old oil boiler and installed a new one the same day. They flushed an cleaned my 29 year old central heating system and the system is working relly well.

Turned up on time as promised and replaced a faulty part so my boiler is now fully working again. Very reasonably priced and prompt efficient service so my house is now warm again in a cold December. Did a very tidy job and left no mess behind - I couldn't fault the service and would recommend D. R. Plumbing for any heating and plumbing work.

A totally professional firm - our broken heating system was surveyed, a quote provided for a new boiler and NEST thermostat and it was all fitted within the week. On the agreed date Dyfed and his team arrived early and worked non-stop until it was all up and working in the early evening of the same day. There was no mess and everything was done to the highest standards. I had complete confidence in the work carried out and felt very comfortable about trusting Dyfed's advice and recommendations. He certainly knows his job! Since the boiler and thermostat were installed I have enjoyed a warm home with the boiler working very efficiently controlled by the NEST thermostat. This has already 'learnt' when heating is needed so can be left to work automatically but it can also be controlled via my phone when away from home. I can recommend D.R. Plumbing without any hesitation at all to anyone who wants the best heating system installed by the very best team of heating engineers.

Big thanks to Dyfed and the team for installing my new boiler. It was quite a task removing a large, 35 year old boiler from the garage and relocating a smaller unit centrally to the house to offer the best set up. Any queries were answered quickly and so that I understood fully what was happening. The level of care they took in my home was outstanding and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

We would like to thank Dyfed and his work men for a professional service in fitting a new boiler system and replacement of some of our old radiators. We have recently had our 81 year old mother in law come to live with us however had to update our heating system as it was over 25 year old boiler which we were waiting to break down! Dyfed came to review and price up the job and we arranged a convenient date for the start of the job and they managed to fit it in before she moved in. They came exactly on the date and time of arrival which when you start work at 8.30 is a definite plus. They said it would take 3 days to complete the job and as we wanted to move the boiler outside and our house is an old stone build this could have gone down drastically wrong. They have fitted a Nest thermostat which can be controlled either by the thermostat or via an app! We have had a few questions and Dyfed has always been helpful and arranged for Tom to visit on his way home to sort any issues out. The house is finally warm in every room, and we finally have hot water without having to put the emersion on, so will be saving us electric as well as oil. What more could you ask for!!

DR Plumbing and Heating recently installed a new Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life combi boiler and replacement thermostatic radiator valves for us. Dyfed, Tom and Jacob arrived at the time and date arranged and spent a day and a half completing the job. During that time they were polite, hardworking and professional and they ensured that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
Dyfed took the time to explain how to operate the new boiler and thermostat and answered any questions that arose. Thank you, it was appreciated.
We did have to call Dyfed back to sort out a problem with the TRV’s and he arranged to call the following day and seems to have rectified the problem.

Dyf has previously fitted a gas hob for me, but I've just had a Worcester Bosch 32CDI Combi Boiler (with Easy Care thermostat and filter) fitted by Dyf and his team on August 28th 2019. The whole team arrived as promised at 8.45am, promptly and quickly proceeded to get on with their work whilst fully accommodating my neighbours and my property (i live in a block of flats). They managed the complete and full installation in one day in a clean and efficient manner, with everything fully fitted, working and operational by the end of the working day at 4pm. The boiler was fully commissioned, explained to me and demonstrated fully and Dyf followed it up with a further phone call the next morning to ensure all was well. The entire package was fitted for a great and fair price and I would fully recommend to others.
