For Ennis to Dublin airport route, the 12pm bus was cancelled and on the way back on Monday the bus was 40 minutes late at pickup.

I have taken this service many times and it is always late. Drivers can be rude and the bus is always unclean with a really bad smell.

Not to mention the wait at the red cow, sometimes you get lucky but most of the time it’s late here too.

Don’t count on it if you are taking a flight

Terrible experience. Took the Route 300 from Killarney to Dublin. Bus was 30min late to the departure stop, and then broke down 5min into the journey and we waited 1.5hrs for a mechanic to show up. We ended up departing Killarney two hours after the expected time. At Limerick, we had an unexpected change of buses. Arrived to Dublin 2.5 hrs after the itinerary stipulated. Terrible experience, made worse by the fact that it is expensive.

Another disastrous journey, from a bus service that is subsidised by the government to get students to SETU Waterford, it BROKE DOWN again on the Waterford road in Kilkenny. How are these students meant to get to college on time when this bus service is monopolising their position, private bus s company’s cannot compete. Students are constantly late to college due to the poor service or a bus does not even turn up. They will need to reimburse all the students for their fare today, I have never experienced a service so poor!!

Bus from Kildare Village to Dublin is supposed to run every 30 minutes. Today they cancelled three buses in a row. People were waiting over 90 minutes in the rain. When I called their "help line" they lied, claiming that the bus would be there in 10 minutes. The second time I called they didn't pick up the phone. Buses are old and dirty inside. Diabolically poor, unreliable and cynical service. Serial cancellations seem to be part of their business model.

A driver of the 310 was my saviour today. Pregnant and unwell I appreciate his kindness.

Since last year, route 300 to and from Tralee does not respect time. Sometimes schedules are cancelled without informing customers. Worse of it all customer service is not taking phone calls. This is my 10th cancelled or late trip. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review.

60% chance of the bus never even arriving, and if it does its almost always late. never ever rely on this bus, especially if you have a flight to make

I wouldn’t even put a star if there was an option, the bus itself is so filthy it smells as if people have peed in it, the seats and walls are so dirty there’s gunk below the seats and overall just not a clean way of transport. I hope something is done about this. (Dublin coach 160 bus)

Worst bus experience ever i thought id get try get this instead of expressway and never going with dublin coach again, got the 600 dublin to cork and for the 3 hours it was about 20 degrees on that bus when it was 14 outside later on it was raining and the roof starting leaking like mad ive never had a bus experience this bad yous have to cop on

I used to find the 300 bus service reliable but on 20th September 2024 I waited and waited on Burgh Quay in Dublin for the 7.15 a.m. bus. When I checked the Dublin Coach website I found that the next bus was not at 7.45 but at 8.15. So two buses had been cancelled.

Why doesn't the Transport for Ireland app include information on cancellations?

14.30 for Dublin airport from Portlaoise didn't show at all today.No updates on website.....terrible service

Waited for the 9.15am service from Dublin Airport to Dundrum. The bus showed up at 9.22am and the driver announced he was taking a break and walked off leaving 20+ passengers waiting, with no indication of when the bus would be leaving. Terrible service and unreliable.

Another booking, another late pick up. This company is just not capable of doing what they say they’ll do or what they sell. Either they are late, sometimes very late, or they don’t show up at all. 0 reliability, like other reviewers I would give 0 stars if I could. Factor in a guaranteed delay due to Dublin Coach in your journey time if you choose their hopeless service.

Never on time

The hottest, smelliest, most unreliable service that exists. They sell tickets for buses that aren't running and leave you waiting for up to 2 hours for the next one

I’m giving them 1 start but so help me iad give them less if I could, Dublin coaches are the most inconsistent puplic transport company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. They have the most dreadful interface that has the ability to zap bus’s from reality seemingly at random leaving you either stranded or getting a bus so late you could have walked home. Ironically the bus came as I was writing this review however my point still stands surely in 2024 you'd have an interface that actually works and isn’t based off luck.

Always extremely late 1 hr plus usually, bus dirty and smell like urine, drivers are rude and abusive and drive dangerously. Avoid at all cost

I have no idea who owns this airport coach bus company, but it's painfully obvious they don’t care about their bad reviews or improving their service. Nothing has changed in years, and unfortunately, I only discovered the negative feedback too late. I nearly missed my flights due to their complete lack of punctuality. Is the owner just cashing in while ignoring all the complaints? This is unacceptable for a service that travelers rely on, especially when the consequences are so high. To continue like this not only damages their reputation but also creates a bad image for the country. I do not recommend this service to anyone unless they do something about the quality, and make proper adjustments to their timetable based on true times.
