Dungeonland Avaliações

I ordered a book from Dungeonland that arrived well packaged and the book itself was sealed with shrink wrap. Unfortunately the book had some damage; pages had torn corners and many of the pages were slightly bent. Given the book was sealed, this was clearly an error on the printers behalf. Dungeonland’s Andy got on the case with the publisher and later on sent me a replacement copy and told me to keep the damaged one. Brilliant customer service and the replacement is perfect.

Great selection, competitive pricing, always well packaged and delivered on time. Would be 5 stars, but I have received a dinked copy of a boxed starter set, and a minor superficial mark on the spine of a book.

Extremely prompt efficient service. Actually arrived ahead of expected time. Delighted with item, packaging and service received. Will order again.

Amazing site, top notch delivery. Thank you for the amazing products!

Great games shop, use them a lot especially for the smaller games companies.

Absolutely brilliant business. Have made many orders over the years with no issues. The one place I can order ttrpg and not worry or stress - knowing that preorders and other orders will arrive safely, quickly and without hassle. Their rewards scheme is good too. Fab business.

Great range, well packaged

For me, Dungeonland is now the main option when it comes to online shopping for Tabletop RPGs, but not only.
Exceptional service at a consistently high level, something that is especially important when shopping abroad, plus the large and well-maintained assortment, secure packaging, etc. makes Dungeonland the first choice when shopping for my favorite hobbies!
