I ordered two bedside tables and a chest of drawers on the 5th January 2025 with delivery expected within 3/7 days . No updates and my order is still to be processed . I have emailed 6 times with nothing but an automated reply .
Think I have just lost my money as there is no other way to contact this appalling company .!!!!

I placed an order for a set of drawers in November with estimated delivery in December. No acknowledgment, no email to give me an indication on when my order will be here. I had to chase via email SEVERAL times as their phone lines are closed to no response. I decided to ask for a refund late January as I’ve had enough of waiting. Terrible company, no customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

I ordered a bedding set for a Christmas gift and paid additional for it to arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived late so I missed giving the gift and looked nothing like the pictures available online. I have emailed twice to follow up on the delivery charges and have not received any acknowledgement or reply. Poor service and quality.

Terrible - ordered some furniture 3 weeks ago and haven't seen any of it yet. delivery has been scheduled twice only to be then cancelled again. No telephone number to ring and sent multiple emails with no response 😕
I'm not sure what to do next. Hopefully I can get my money back.

Wow wow wow. If only I had read these reviews prior to purchasing from this company! I only purchased a Duvet Set. It took them 2 weeks to send the pillowslips and I am STILL waiting on the cover. I am kind of taken aback at the lack of customer service. If they do not send me my purchase before the 14th of this month my Bank has said they will take over.

I contacted Dusk twice about the faulty, unstitched cushions on the sofa I received in July. They wrote a copious reply on Trust Pilot saying they were glad they were fixing the issue…. They never were! They never responded other than in here, and never ever fixed the lack of stitching in two brand new cushions. Really awful customer service and faulty product.

Awful customer service! I have tried to reach out to them by email but they don’t respond; their phone lines are closed. In desperation I reached out to their social media team who’ve said they can’t help! Order placed 1/1 still not delivered! Still says available with 5 days online. Won’t be wasting my time & energy again! Now to recover my money….

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service! We sent our bed back on 2nd January 25 and they have said they haven’t received it. We have proof of collection!!! We also have some drawers from them which are faulty. We have three sets and only one works. I had my Dad, who is a joiner, look at them and he just said they’re terrible and all of the drawer runners are incorrectly placed. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could! They’re sitting on thousands of pounds and gaining interest from scamming people.
Nervous Customer
I was very nervous about my first order with Dusk as they have some unhappy customers and admit to having some system issues. However, I was pleasantly surprised that communication was OK and delivery much quicker than I expected. The Bed Frame was delivered on time, by two careful men. It had to be carried up a difficult staircase but everything went smoothly, with no scuffs or damage to walls. The drivers put the bed where I asked them to. Dont be put off by earlier reviews they seem to be getting things right now and the prices are amazing compared to other companies. They also have some very nice designs. I spent weeks searching for an attarctive affordable bed for my 5 star B&B. So happy I was recommended to Dusk by my designer daughter who is a regular customer.

What kind of company has ZERO customer service skills all emails ignored no number I wish I read these reviews earlier I only ordered a duvet cover and pillowcases fairly small order and when you pay for next day delivery you expect it the next day right… WRONG!!! Order hasn’t turned up yet
I placed an order on 5th Jan 2025 for a mattress topper which was due for delivery 8th to 15th January. I have not received the order or an email to confirm a problem with despatch. Still advertised on the website with immediate despatch. I wish I hadn’t bothered to order as needed for guests arriving. No customer phone number to call so still waiting for an email response.

Is simply appalling! Yes they did used to be an OK company but goodness knows what has happened! I returned a double Duvet set and it has taken me more than 3 months to get a refund! They have ignored several emails, told me that my email address is wrong and have refused to acknowledge my parcel shop receipt. I have sent numerous emails and a copy of the original receipt for £33.74 which they split into 3 payments!! Goodness knows why- I got the final £2.99 yesterday after weeks of correspondence. I will not deal with this
company Sharon and would urge everyone to do the same- TERRIBLE! They don’t deserve even 1 star!
