AVOID!!
AVOID!!! These lying people have took full payment for a bed they was suppose to deliver 14th, 5 minutes before delivery they told us it’s not coming. This was too late notice as her had got rid of our bed. They keep promising to sort out the bed so I can go and collect it from the depo. Every day been lied to, given false tracking details. Paid over £400 for nothing.
Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered a tablecloth and napkins for Xmas late October. Weeks later received an email saying the napkins were delayed until jan 2026! I cancelled these and am still waiting for the tablecloth. Chased today and no timeframes just a standard apology response. I have now cancelled the tablecloth.

I bought a sofa on dusk; they used arrowxl as delivery company; i paid for a choice of service; deliver to my room of choice; in this case my sitting room just a floor above; the agents came and didn’t even attempt to deliver to my room; took my order back; and after speaking with dusk if i cancel my order i won’t get my delivery fee back; if i attempt redelivery; i will have to pay another full fee of £80. They’re all so rubbish.

They sent me natural duvet sets rather than grey. When I complained and asked for replacements they advised that they were grey. They are nothing like grey.I sent photos and they just said that the colour can vary from photo but they are not grey. Terrible customer service

I would give Dusk 2 stars only due to how long it took to receive it. I ordered my sofa on the 29th June. When I had this in my basket the website did not give say that it was a pre-order item. The estimated delivery was between the 18th and 25th September. It finally arrived on the 23rd October.
The sofa itself is very stylish. It is firm to sit on. I have not slept on it yet but I would suggest getting a heavy mattress topper for it.
5 weeks and waiting
5 weeks and waiting, no idea where the product or delay is. Scammers! First 3 weeks no body contacted me to arrange delivery having paid for it. Then delay and cancellation. Seems to have no internal processes, been sleeping on the floor over a month later with no idea on when delivery is to be made. AVOID AT ALL COST! Complaint made three times, keep saying to make it formal at the end however no end in sight and a continue to suffer everday.

We ordered over £2000 worth of furniture in August, with the expected delivery date of 15th October as all large items get delivered together.
On Monday 20th October, I spoke to Dusk on the phone and had a confirmation email that my items were nearly ready for dispatch and I would get a delivery booking link in a few days time.
Fast forward 3 days, I then received another email to say an item in my order would not be ready until at least 31st Jan 2026 and therefore none of my other items would be delivered until then either!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’m about to start proceedings with my credit card company to get my money back! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I ordered a bed in June and money was taken from my account. In September I hadn’t heard a thing and contacted them by email. They offered to deliver promptly another bed which was in stock but the new delivery date has come and gone and guess what - no bed. I have had various emails back and forth but it seems to me they either can’t read or wish not to understand. I am getting nowhere with this company and I can see from other customers the satisfaction level is zero. Only order from this company if you have money to throw away. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a sofa and was told it would be delivered unpacked and placed in the room I wanted and packaging taken away. They arrived left the boxes in my kitchen and left. I now have a massive sofa box in my kitchen that I can’t get upstairs to the living room and no help. Would not touch this company with a barge pole. You cannot speak to anyone only email. Avoid at all costs. They don’t even get me to sign a delivery or check if the contents are ok.

I ordered a bed frame and mattress back on September – I was told delivery would be early October – fine as we had decorating to finish. Delivery day came – 7th of October 25, driver and his mate brought the bed but no mattress. I questioned the driver about the mattress who told me non delivery was a fault of DUSK and to contact them directly. I phoned straight away and was reassured that the non delivery would be sorted – I asked for a call or email later that day to update me …. This did not happen….. so every day this week I have called and been reassured that the non delivery was being sorted – each time I have asked for an update by close of business but again this has never happened. I’ve had lovely sugary emails saying how much they understand my frustration but never any updates. I have asked to speak to a manager to express my frustration but apparently there isn’t a manager there ?.....Then to make matters worse the courier company emailed to let me know that they have no outstanding delivery for me…. Again contacted DUSK who again promised to look into it and get back to me … they didn’t………so I called again and surprise the courier company have now found my mattress – so asked DUSK when delivery may take place – again they apparently have emailed courier to get them – not DUSK to keep me updated…………so still no mattress/no updates and will certainly no recommend or use DUSK again.
No doubt I wont get a reply either……………
Poor quality & poor customer service
I bought an ottoman bed nearly 2 years ago but apparently in this time you need to expect the gas lift mechanism to come loose & rip the side panel of the bed!
I have contacted dusk to be told this is wear & tear! I have emailed & asked for a replacement side panel but my emails are getting ignored.
Poor customer service & poor quality of ottoman beds. I have purchased another ottoman bed elsewhere that has last a lot longer with no issues.
None existent Customer Service
Don't bother, we ordered bedroom furniture and paid in excess of £600. The order was placed in August but as of yet (7th Oct) still no delivery and have emailed them 3 times only to receive automated emails that don't address anything. I have even asked to remove one of the items from the order and still this hasn't been actioned. Useless, none existent Customer Service and no other way of contacting them other than email and they say they will reply within 48 hours and it takes over a week to get an unsatisfactory reply. Won't use again.

Finally got refunded for the appallingly flimsy bed.
Dusk tried to give me a voucher for more products rather than a refund (yeah right like I want another horrible product)
but finally after refusing that ridiculous offer I was refunded back my original payment for the awful bedrame to PayPal.
So I am revising my review from awful to 'pretty good actually'
Slow delivery
First time ordering with Dusk on 24/09 it’s now 01/10 and I still don’t have the order. It hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I’ve received items from America quicker, unfortunately won’t be ordering again
Dreadfully slow and clunky system…
Dreadfully slow and clunky system trying to arrange a return of £9.70 since the 16/09 for a faulty lamp. I am supposed to return the item but have been waiting for four days for a follow up email ( email says refund request is under review!! ) with details to print returns label and get lamp sent back. Tried emailing customer service again today and confusingly they did not understand that my return request had stalled waiting for returns label instructions, and numerous emails later still not able to return faulty item. Come on Dusk you really need to improve your returns process!!
Such a dishonest company
Items never got delivered to the right address and was promised a gift voucher never received so much dishonesty I would not recommend it anybody. So a dishonest company.
