Do not. Absolutely do not!! Purchase from dusk. Bought towels and duvet and sent straight back. Wanted bath towels not tea towels, very thin and poor quality. Then getting a refund is a nightmare. Lots of stalling, excuses and going in circles. They are either in a lot of trouble or just bad at business.
Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, the service with this company is shocking, avoid at all costs. I ordered a fitted sheet and new pillow cases, the pillow cases took 3 weeks to arrive, the fitter sheet is not destined to arrive until 3rd December apparently as needs 2 man delivery!! Honestly??? And if I'm not in they will charge me £30 which is roughly the price of the item. I don't think so! I've asked for a return and cancellation. Think I'd rather shop with John Lewis or Next than this shoddy outfit

I ordered curtains from Dusk on 22/08 and have had no communication since. I emailed several times but received no reply. Dusk claim they have sent emails, yet nothing has arrived in my inbox or spam.
The lack of communication and updates is extremely disappointing. I expected better service from a well-known brand, but instead I’ve been left completely in the dark about my order.

NEVER ORDER BEDDING OR A DUVET FROM HERE
i have ordered from this company a full set, fitted sheets, bedding set and a duvet. i ordered an all seasons duvet (13.5 tog) and they sent me two different ones, a 9 tog and a 4.5 tog, mind you there’s a price difference. their excuse was that when i ordered it, it was out of stock, MIND YOU i have specifically checked that everything is in stock. so i went on their website right there and then when they said that the item is out of stock and guess what? it said IN STOCK. so i went back to them with proof, they’re now sending me the right one, within 2 days of me complaining that i received the wrong item?
secondly, satin sheets…. quality of shein. i think shein would genuinely feel better than this. nothing to say tho nothing is wrong. it’s just the quality being poor.
THIRD. god i cannot believe im even writing this. i bought a bed which i was really excited about, and it came to the bedding. i got the pillows all done and went to check on the duvet cover and as i unwrapped it, there’s a red stain. the kind of red stain you’d get if you were to get ketchup on your sheets and just wipe it with a paper towel. i’m a clean freak so to me that was a no go. i will never, and i mean… NEVER order again. save your money and go get your bedding somewhere else.
How are they allowed to stay in business
They stil have not collected the incorrect item they delivered to me , so I have the wrong item I can’t send back they have my money ! Is this not blind robbery ?

If I could give this company a minus 1 I would!! I am still waiting delivery of an item I ordered weeks ago. It seems to me that the item was not available when I ordered. At no point during the interaction did dusk tell me that the item would be placed on pr- order. If I had been told this I wouldn’t have ordered it. Trying to contact them is near impossible! It goes without saying that I will not be ordering from them again. Disgraceful customer service!!

Dear Haashim, Varsha, Harmony and Jordan.
Having been chasing an email for nearly a month I have now decided to proceed to report Dusk and its customer service team to trading standards.
As detailed below (see all previous emails), I was promised a refund of £79 dating back to 4th august. After speaking to Jordan he admitted that the original refund was not process, not once but twice but your team. It’s seems that this is still the case after being promised again by Jordan that this will rectified. Obviously this case still hasn’t been resolved leaving me no choice as to escalate this to trading standards and other rep bodies.
The amount is now meaning less as this has become a matter of principle after being lied to on numerous occasions. I have spend time and energy on this matter, where it should have been sorted weeks ago. This matter has now caused the following;
- overdrawn with my bank (cost charges) due to this not being refunded on time.
- countless calls to my bank trying to obtain if they are any issues with my banking due to your incompetence.
- Paying full price when promised 20% off product.
- leaving me angry and out of pocket.
As stated above I will reported Dusk to trading standards not to mention reviewing your brand on trusted websites giving them a detailed description of this case, hopefully giving potential customers a true insight of what to expect from dusk.
Myself and my family have purchased products from your business over the last year and will now be shopping elsewhere.
I will accept any of your apologies or excuses as they are empty and untrustworthy. I feel completely let down and cannot believe how such a business can operate with such poor service and morales, your current reviews on trust pilot are reflective unfortunately,

Truly awful experience. Had to return an item that I had bought. They gave me an evri code that did not work. Apparently this happens frequently with this company so the evri shop told me. So I am left with an item I do not want to keep and through numerous emails and phone calls they didn't respond a single time.

I ordered a bed and furniture back in April 2025 paying just over £2k each time I email I only get replies regarding the bed. I’ve now been told of expected delivery of October moved from August but they not saying anything about other items only the bed. I’m so annoyed as spent so much mone. It all began when I placed an order through Evri and, after much anticipation, learned that my items had been damaged and were being returned. After weeks of silence and a mounting sense of frustration, I decided to pick up the phone and call Dusk and that is when spoke with a young gentleman named Jorden, he listened intently as I recounted my experience, and I could hear the sincerity in his words as he expressed understanding for my predicament. It was refreshing to speak with someone who didn’t just follow a script but instead engaged with genuine interest in resolving my issue.
The moment Jorden offered me a full refund, a weight lifted from my shoulders. His willingness to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently was a testament to his outstanding customer service skills. He didn’t hesitate even for a moment, showing a level of professionalism and dedication. A Year of Frustration and Zero Accountability
I am absolutely furious with the lack of support and the ongoing catalogue of communication errors surrounding a sofa purchased through Dusk via a charity. Within just weeks of delivery, the cushions had already begun to collapse and now, a year later, the sofa is completely unusable.
Trying to resolve the issue has been an exhausting nightmare. My support worker, who helped with the original purchase, was temporary and is no longer involved leaving me to chase details and deal with third-party confusion. Despite countless attempts to get answers, the matter remains unresolved. I’ve been asked for order details I can’t access, and all I've received is delay after delay.
This is unacceptable for a product of such poor quality and a customer experience riddled with dead ends. I’ve now requested a full refund, and if this is not resolved promptly, I’ll be escalating the issue with Trading Standards.
A truly shameful experience. I would urge anyone considering a purchase to think twice.

Ordered a bed 2 months ago delivery was supposed to be Wednesday… transportation issue so was offered today to then phone and be told it’s not coming until next Wednesday… 2 days cancelled plans and still no bed! Would never order from them again!

To begin with I was waiting on the bed to be in stock I later found out dusk had the bed but I was waiting on the shelving unit. My order was meant to be delivered by the latest the first week of July.
I informed dusk I’d need this promptly as I had an upcoming major surgery.
I’ve since had the surgery and I have had to sleep on my sofa for recovery
Because dusk haven’t stuck by their estimated date and I have remained so polite during our emails and communication
However 5 days ago I requested an update on my order and specified I felt I should be dealt as a priority considering my circumstances and dusk not sticking to their delivery date.
Only to be told I need to wait another 5 days for a response to when my orders actually arriving. For me that’s another 5 days on a sofa after just having major surgery and no bed in my home due to it being broken previously hence the new order of a bed with dusk.
I understand estimated delivery dates can’t always be adhered to mistakes and problems happen.
But I do feel the lack of empathy and priority has played a part in my case, lack of communication from dusk and most of all I’m a disabled young woman with a heart condition, epilepsy and a list of other problems
I’ve pleaded for an answer or so much as even being able to book my delivery in
To save the 2am wake up rolling round on my sofa in agony
And I just feel as if I’m being laughed at by a company who hasn’t even stood by any of their delivery dates
I would like and request an update on where my delivery is and will be please
Today is Sunday which marks the 5th day I was asked to wait in addition to your response I will not be waiting another 5 days.
I need help and I’m on the verge of absolutely breaking down.

Although good quality the drawers state they are slidable. They certainly are not. If you were to put the drawers in the wrong way round they CANNOT be removed.
They are certainly not soft close either.
Had to swap the door fronts to rectify. The alignment of the drawers are not 100%

Purchased a bed frame and mattress just over a year ago, The bed was for my daughter who is at university and so uses it occasionally when she’s at home in the holidays. The wooden slats have become disconnected from the base through bad design of the frame, and still pop out even when reconnected.Customer service was poor and not bothered in to doing anything.
