We purchased two sofas from Dusk
We purchased two sofas from Dusk, selected a delivery date one week away… and then read the comments and reviews!
However, contrary to many people’s experience. Ours was fantastic.
The sofas were delivered within one hour of the estimated time, on the exact day.
I would advise anyone ordering to be aware that their customer service doesn’t really exist, and should there be any problems, it would get tricky. However our experience was great.
2 very good quality sofas arrived exactly on-time.

Absolutely disgusted in the customer…
Absolutely disgusted in the customer service (or should I say lack of) from Dusk, ordered a bed in January, arranged delivery for February 27th, to then receive a message from Rhenus (their delivery service) saying delivery has been cancelled, and I will receive an alternative date within 24 hours, I’m still waiting for that alternative date, I messaged Rhenus for them to tell me they haven’t received my order from Dusk..
I’ve never been so disgusted in a company, the fact they palm you off with automated emails is infuriating, if you can’t keep up with demand stop giving false hope to customers, it’s really not that difficult.
This has caused many problems our end, from booking days off from work, already struggling with ill health and sleeping on a mattress has been a challenge, one that I could of avoided if I read the horrendous reviews first.
Never would I recommend this company to anyone, save your time, money and sanity and look elsewhere!
No doubt this will get the typical automated response like everyone else 😫
I was sent the email from Dusk to review the bed.. I never received, I noticed they only have good reviews published so it won’t make it on there.
Parts missing from bedroom furniture
ordered bedroom furniture for delivery late Feb due to holiday booked after xmas . Order arrived 1 week later - decided to wait to build until back from Hols
Once semi built found out parts missing from box - 2 x tops to bedside units resulting inthem being useless with no tops
informed Dusk and have had nothing but stalling and various answers but no tops and now March - still no answer
Very bad customer service and difficult to speak to anyone always being passed around to various email names but no conclusion

The confirmed time slot for delivery was cancelled on the day and a week later DUSK asked me to review the bed I had not received. This and other reviews did not fill me with any confidence, however just over 2 weeks later, the bed frame did arrive and I am very pleased with it.
Dusk itself has no telephone contact and responses are automated or standard replies. Delivery is subcontracted. After a number of emails to customer services I eventually got a personalised reply and offer of a delivery slot.

I ordered 6 dining chairs. Two were delivered broken. Few others were marked on the seats and one a completely different colour. I have sent 4 emails to dusk no reply. Phone lines are shut I will have to do charge back through my bank disgusting company
Ordered and payed for Bedlinen but cushion covers never arrived !
Ordered and payed for Bedlinen, a bed throw and matching cushions and covers, the covers were supposed to be in stock by mid February. The rest of the order was delivered at the end of January, there is still not sign of the cushion covers and they are not in stock on the website. I sent an enquiry and just got a generic response, very poor customer service, I’ve got a bed throw and cushion inners but no covers so absolutely useless !!

Absolutely awful company to deal with!! Ordered a bed in January, delivery date was going to be mid March which was fine but got an email to say on Feb 21st to say bed was ready to be delivered but I needed to give them my mobile number as I'd put a landline in error. Emailed then twice and completed two message boxes on their site giving them my mobile number. Never heard back, so messaged them on insta and got an email 2 days later again saying to give them my mobile number despite the mobile number being provided by me in the email below.
They then replied saying I'd receive a message to book the delivery within 2 days. That was on Tuesday last week and still nothing! I've emailed a further twice and heard nothing. Also tried to phone but their customer service line is permanently closed!
I've sold my sons old bed as I didn't realise it was this God Damn difficult to deliver a bloody bed!! Horrendous company to deal with - do not buy anything from them!!!!
Appalling company without a moral compass
Appalling company that deserves to be reported and investigated by a Regulator. I ordered a bed in January, after weeks of chasing it finally arrived but the bed-head was faulty so we were unable to build the bed. It was then I realised that DUSK has no customer service team. It's simply a form you fill out, with no contact number, so we were unable to get any help in resolving the issue with the bed head. We were forced to fix the problem ourselves, and incurred significant costs in buying new parts, which we had to drill/apply to the bed ourselves. I am still waiting for our mattress topper to arrive (which I have paid for). I have been chasing DUSK for a proper response to my customer complaint and request for refund for months, to no avail. All I get is evasive emails confirming they are having "operational issues" and that they will consider a goodwill gesture once my issues are resolved - however, they have not given any time frame or proper answer as to when these issues will resolve, or when I will receive the rest of my order. I note they are still heavily advertising on Instagram and it's disgraceful they are being allowed to do this - when they cannot even commit to the needs and fulfilling orders from existing customers. They are a company clearly without any ethics, or moral compass. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company have no customer service whatsoever!! I ordered Poppy nightstands in October and despite contacting them about problems with the quality of the items they have made no effort at all to contact me . They will probably leave a response to this review again saying they are dealing with my problem. This is an absolute lie . How this company is still in business is beyond me !
THIS IS FRAUD
I placed an order for a bed and mattress three months ago and still have not received anything. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response to my emails. This is unacceptable.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to report the company for fraud. I paid almost a thousand pounds, and in that time, I could have purchased a bed and mattress elsewhere. The lack of communication and the delay in delivery has been incredibly frustrating.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this company. The level of service I’ve experienced has been nothing short of disappointing.

If I could give less that one star I would. Received a bed 2 weeks ago but was delivered someone else’s bed instead of my own. I now haven’t heard back from dusk in over a week about a replacement bed and have now been sleeping on my bedroom floor for 2 weeks. My emails are now being ignored

Due to a manufacturing issue I'm still waiting for a replacement part for my chest of drawers.
I've been told that Dusk have a huge influx of issues to resolve and I need to wait 10days, I've been told this 3 times now. It's got to the point where I don't care how busy they are, I've been more than fair waiting my turn. Just sort it out!!!!!!!!!

Honestly just don’t bother ordering from Dusk. My parcels from China have arrived quicker than this order! Placed the order beginning
Of Jan had an issue with my contact number which no problem reached out to customer services and they updated it. Been 2 weeks since and still being d the courtier is trying to reach out! They haven’t been clearly!! Every other parcel or delivery order with any other company have no issues in delivering to me.
I understand that they may be understaffed or whatever in the customer service department, but having no communication for days when you are trying to receive your paid for delivery is just not acceptable.
Lesson to be learned shop at Dunelm! Oh and still no refund, no delivery and no emails back!

I would give no stars if that was possible. Ordered a sofa bed on 11/11/24. It was not stated on the website that there was no stock or it was a pre order and I expected it within a reasonable timeframe of two weeks. Delivery was arranged for today 27/2/25 I specifically asked for an afternoon slot when booking the delivery. Low and behold delivery was attempted at 8.30am. Goodness only knows when I'll be able to arrange for a second delivery and it's going to cost me £30.00. After waiting over 4 months with unanswered emails from Dusk and the delivery attempt fails because they can't even turn up at the right time. I don't know about the quality of the products but waiting for delivery with zero explanations and the diabolical customer service means I would recommend anyone avoid this company like the plague. I am not surprised to see their low star rating when I came on here to leave a review. Dreadful.

Same as everyone else - scam company
During the January sale I decided to order some dusk towels whilst I was still away. I got home mid January to see my order still hadn’t arrived. I waited till 28th January and my order still didn’t say dispatched, I emailed dusk twice as I didn’t get any response and their auto email says 1-2 working days, they finally said it would be dispatched soon to which I got the email a few days later, low and behold about 1/2 of my dusk order arrived. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt and circle what items hasn’t arrived yet, again had to email twice as again no one responding to me. I get another delivery, about 2 more items come in. I go back to them and tell them I’m missing 3 items now, all I wanted was confirmation that they have on their end that I don’t have those items and just to contact me when they will be dispatching even if it’s in 2-3 months. As they said it could only be ready in June! Ridiculous but it’s fine. I also said I need to change the address for these then as I’m moving house in April and can’t risk them getting delivered to my old address. I gave it to them and they said they will ‘try’ their best, ah yes because it’s currently February and changing an address for an order in June is too hard…..
So now I’m having to contact my credit card company and trading standards as technically I don’t even know if I will get these missing items or if they will come to me as If it goes to my old address in a few months il never receive it. I would have changed to my office address if I had known I would be waiting 5 months for 2 towels!!
I used this company 2 years ago when I first moved in my home, I loved their items and towels and thought they had great sales, safe to say I will never use again. I’ve also told any friends and family it’s not worth it. Would rather pay a bit more at a company like M&S who give you the good service too and pick up the phone.

Do NOT deal with this company ever. I feel I have been scammed. There is no way to contact them. I am awaiting delivery of two sideboards and the delivery address is wrong as I have moved in the time I waited for them. Sent 15 emails without response. Delivery company are just as bad. Tried to contact them in advance. The furniture is now on the van to my old address. The driver is not allowed to deliver to new address. So frustrating as no one responds. Dreadful.
