I ordered furniture, paid, never got it!

I ordered furniture, paid for it, then the company and delivery agent would not adjust timings and was completely inflexible, eventually DWELL told me my items were discontinued, and out of stock - which should not be true if they had stock when I ordered and they took my payment.
Even if I get a refund, I've lost that money for over 1 month.

Poor delivery

Easy to order, good delivery updates, however delivered to wrong address and tried to blame the customer!!! They did try to contact me, and when I did telephone back , they told me they had delivered to the black door, when I asked if it was the one with the drive way, they told me there was no drive way!!! Mill lane is a long lane , the top is M34 and the bottom of the lane is SK14 not even similar post codes !!! So finally delivered , was not happy as no-one apologised or took responsibility for the mistake!!!

Ordered 4 kitchen table chairs on 26th…

Ordered 4 kitchen table chairs on 26th August when the order turned up we only had 3 I have rung them twice and still not had my other chair

Bad service

They miss-sold the product - stated installation with delivery but they didn’t install!!

Very Disappointed

Very Disappointed with Dwell they took money out for an order on 23/09/2022 got delivery date only to be told that Dwell were not getting it back into stock then to be told today it will take up to 12 days for refund find it amazing they took it out quick enough would think twice about shopping there again

The reason why it could take some time is set by the bank themselves as a guideline, even when you pay for an order your money does not reach our account immediately for the same reason.

Poor quality goods, poor quality service

Ordered a rug from Dwell. It arrived, poor quality material (more like a door mat), completely different colour and look to the picture on the website. Tried to organise a return (you can only do this by ringing customer services) they were closed on the Sunday and Monday for the bank holiday. Tried again this weekend, refused a return because we were one day out of the 14 day returns date, even though customer services were not available on our previous attempt. Explained this, absolutely not understanding or flexibility. Wouldn’t bother using them again.

Amazing pod coffee table

I am very pleased with my pod coffee table, so much so, that I have bought a second one in the sale! It is absolutely fantastic and a great addition especially for a smaller space. We use one in our mobile home as a coffee/dining table and it has revolutionised the lounge space. Four cat sit at it easily to eat and the stools are another big advantage.
