Poor experience

Product is 5 Star, experience less than 1 star. Ordered nearly a month ago and just arrived today. Table & Chairs in stock, delivery 7 days.

Thought 0% finance was the easy option but unable to sign online (with Creation) 3 sets of paper docs later I had to chase Creation to find my docs. Kept blaming postal strikes. Also quite dismissive at the start as assumed we’d ordered a sofa, so no big deal if it took a few weeks to get docs activated.

Had to phone Wincanton myself to arrange delivery, txt early today to say they would be earlier than planned, then were later than than their update.

When they did up I was presented with my order x2. I didn’t make a huge scene but was first told I had to take it up with Dwell, eventually taken back.

I can’t fault the quality of the product, the buying experience was the worst I’ve had, so can’t see me using again.

Do not buy sofas

Honestly save yourself the disappointment and do not buy sofas from here.I should have stuck to my gut when I contacted dwell within days of receiving the sofa to advise them that it looked worn out.I was fobbed of with an inspection who told me that the sofas would settle in.they have not.They are flat 10 months on and look like they are 10 years old and dwell will do nothing.Have had to go to the ombudsman to try and get some help for sofas I am still paying off.stay away

I can see we did send out a third party upholstery company to inspect and resolve the issues and they did advise there wasn't a manufacturing fault with the sofa, and from here we did extend an offer for you to return this within 14 days of being informed back in November due to dislike, but we hadn't heard from yourself until recently in which the 14 days had expired. 3rd time unlucky!

This is my third order with them and all three orders were horrible. Dwell has nice stylish object but they have the following problems:
a) quality of furniture is abysmal;
b) customer service is terrible

The coffee table I ordered was so crap quality, I could not believe they were even charging 500£ for this piece of iron.
The dining table I ordered came witjout the screws.
Terrible experience… This company should not really stop trading.

Very inflexible on pricing

Very inflexible on pricing, even though making multi purchases. Discount offered on line, then on chat line told further reduction may be possible and gosh a further £10 was offered. Tried to negotiate further discount but no go!!

My first delivery of the sideboard was…

My first delivery of the sideboard was badly damaged. Made a phone call and received a replacement which was also damaged. Received the 2nd replacement which also damaged and a bolt missing. And still waiting on a phone call!

Great side table

Ordered a side table with drawer. Delivery was reasonable as product arrived in 5 days well packaged. Quality of finish on the woowork glass & metalwork is excellent.

Love my new TV unit

Love my new TV unit. Looks great and is really stylish. The only thing was I had to get help to unpack and assemble the base as this service was not provided .

I'm sad to say a poor experience

I'm sad to say a very bad experience. The chairs I ordered for my elderly Mum were suddenly 18 weeks delivery... we had no notification of this, and although the customer service said that it would have been on the product page when I ordered, but as someone who is pretty well versed in buying online, it was not visible. Order now cancelled.

Very well organised website,
I had a very good customer support when purchasing the goods. Delivery dates were a bit lengthy though but no extra cost to it so overall positive experience

First class service so'far..do you get it
