We love the item, but it took nearly four weeks to arrive! The tracking was farmed out to an app, which wouldn't work on a phone without any email access.
Contacting Dyke and Dean is very hit-and-miss: an initial enquiry about the suitability of the item got no response. Are you only open a few hours a day?

Recently purchased a glass soap pump and wall bracket from D&D. Arrived promptly, but not a good product. Not sure how this reflects other D&D product choices.

Good website and chat function very useful. Products look good and the one we bought is fine.
Extremely well wrapped for avoiding damage, top marks on that!

Unfortunately the design is poorly thought out – the location of the screw holes means that the bracket bounces when you try using a soap dispenser in the bracket as shown. The result is you end up pushing the bracket away from the wall. I was worried it was going to rip out of the wall so I’ve had to turn it upside down as a workaround but now my soap dispenser is lower than I wanted. I wouldn’t buy this product again.

I ordered a ceramic bathroom hook and it arrived safely and looks fine, although it isn't up yet, so I can't say anymore.

I ordered an oil lamp for an emergency backup and to reduce electric bills in the future. The ordering process was fine and the delivery next day. The only issue was the track and trace link for Parcelforce did not work.

Fast shipment product was brilliant shame about the gold screw caps, once screws are in the seal it makes the gold caps difficult to put on, nothing a little clear plumbers silicone couldn’t fix. Apart from that, it looks brilliant installed next to a Matt black shower. Still a 5 star from me will be back :)

Beautiful product but not suitable for me. You have to pay for your own return and they need to be sent back in the original packaging.
The original packaging the item was sent in was so much bigger than the item itself so it has cost me about a third of the product itself - which wasn't cheap in the first place.
Unfortunately, I won't be buying from them again as if something isn't right it really is not worth spending a lot of my own money to return .
