It’s easy to gush about the service that Mute offers - it's new, unique, and excellent - lease set up was easy and fast, the monthly price is low and the bikes are great, quite and have never let us down.

But it goes deeper than that, living on the edges of central London the freedom it affords us is priceless. It has changed the way we travel around the city for the better.

We now laugh at tube and train delays, inflated taxi prices and have done away with our (petrol) car and now use green clean power to get around the city, for work and play ... one less car on the clogged city streets & no more sitting in traffic… A significant victory for us and, we believe, a considerable win for the city.

Very good pricing and friendly personnel, I got a good explanation on how to use the scooter and the scooter itself was fun to drive and fast too, no other scooters could accelerate faster than mine. I recommended this to everyone who isn't sure if a scooter fits into their lifestyle - for me it did though, same city trip that took me 20 mins by car takes me 6 mins with the scooter

I had an emergency and Tam helped me out.

Spoke to Tom yesterday around 5pm explained my needs and he broke everything down for me and got me an appointment the next morning and within no time that same morning I was off with the moped. It comes with everything you need helmet, phone holder, lock, great bike and great service will defo be recommending to everyone.

My Mute commute is only 12 minutes door-to-door, instead of 40 minutes in the noisy, hot, unreliable Tube. It's fun to drive, and very reliable. I was a bit worried about how to charge the e-moped, but it could not be easier. You just take the battery out (it's not too heavy) and plug it into the charger anywhere indoors.

Mute's customer service team is friendly and really took the time to make sure I understood the e-moped. Comes with insurance, a helmet, and a very convenient rain jacket. I drove mine all winter in London, and no complaints. Highly recommend.

Top service van Mute, zowel bij het leveren als tijdens de lease periode. Altijd snel antwoord bij vragen. Over de bike zelf zeer tevreden, rijdt heel fijn, heeft een grote range en kan snel opladen. Het is fantastisch dat het een all in formule is en ik mij nergens zorgen over moet maken. Er is een helm en slot mee geleverd, verzekering en inschrijving is inclusief. Samengevat : absolute aanrader!

Beautiful scooter and well maintained, easy to ride, makes my time in Brussels even more enjoyable! Very easy to register, fast delivery, everything was explained in detail when the scooter was delivered to me. I have been using the MUTE scooter for 15 days and customer support was always responsive. Unfortunately, someone stole the scooter's phone holder, I reported it to MUTE and they sent their mechanic in the middle of the night to fix my scooter, so I found it the next morning in perfect condition again! Would definitely recommend!

Inimitable (friendly) service and a quality scooter. Everything was explained perfectly when they dropped off the scooter. I used the MUTE scooter for 2 months and enjoyed it a lot. I bought a scooter myself, otherwise i propably would still be using it. Correctly prised for this model of scooter and service. Would definitely rexommend!
