I really loved my experience with having a mute moped! Very good to run and I took to the bike very quickly. The bike itself is really efficient and easy to use I would recommend it to anyone looking at getting a moped. Really great full to Tam who has helped me whenever I needed to know anything and explained everything thoroughly he’s been a massive help along the way.

Amazing service, great bikes. Can’t fault them in any way highly recommend. If you want to hire a bike T is your man.

Wow, what a great experience. These e-mopeds are fantastic for getting around the city. The rental process was also really quick and easy. I'll definitely be renting again!

I have to say I love my Mute E-moped. Was so quick and easy to register for it and even easier when collecting the vehicle. Bike is really nippy and have absolutely no complaints. Even have 2 friends sign up with them after seeing and hearing of my great experience with the company.

Very accommodating and the bikes are great! Huge thanks to Tam in the Manchester branch for everything. I've always wanted a moped and finally get to ride an e-moped. Even better for the environment and doesn't have the annoying high-pitched revving sound.

Had an issue with my bank and e-mute immediately understood and helped me out with it.

it's my first time using electric bike and Iam very pleased with it,I recommend it to anyone who wants to go with a bike for free,most important is that you have a real bike,not a usual electric vehicle.you can do everything with it,job,shopping,date anything...

Out of my experiences on electric mopeds this has to be the best one I had in my life its super light super fast and the person that I met today was the fantastic Finja she is such a lovely person and give a little introduction on how the MUTE bike works.

I would recommend anyone to rent this bike.

Since joining MUTE, with my MUTE E-moped, I've been able to save time and money from being stuck in traffic and paying for parking. I got to start doing things that I've been wanting to do but couldn't before, i.e. going for a walk in the morning, more time for loved ones and for myself. I couldn't believe I could take home a brand new E-moped for my own personal use with such an affordable monthly fee! It's the best thing ever!

MUTE's service is world class! Convenient, green, affordable, quick and fun transport for everyone! I would definitely recommend!

A MUTE subscription is a lifesaver to me. For £99 per month, I can skip the dark tubes/public transport for my office commutes & enjoy the sunshine on an electric moped.
The best part: Everything is included (Insurance, Helmet, Theft Replacement, Lock, etc).
