Bought a Boox e-reader that was out of stock or had a significant price hike in most other places.

The website looks basic, but their customer support was very responsive. Confusingly, my payment initially went through even though the website did not have the device in stock at the moment. More inventory arrived a few days later, and the device ended up arriving without issue.

Was initially hesitant to trust them with a +€800 order, but would gladly do so again.

Zeer goede service. Ik moest een product retour sturen en dit is netjes opgepakt. Goed contact/ duidelijke communicatie.

This is a revised version of my 1-star review, after successfully agreeing with the seller a full refund of my purchase of a Boox Note Air 4C.
Things did not start well because PostNL decided to bide their time before actually shipping the parcel they had been keeping in their warehouse for 15 days after receiving it from the seller. Initially it did not look like I was getting much help (or at all) to expedite things with the courier, which was the reason of my negative review.
After such a long period of time of this delicate piece of software being maybe moved around in a warehouse, maybe not safely enough, I informed Lex (the guy running the business) I would reject the delivery if shipment actually resumed, which it finally did.
Lex won me over by understanding my position, and accepting to arrange a full refund the moment I would be able to prove the rejection of the delivery. Now that the refund is done, everything is ok, and there is no reason to leave such a bad review here.
The reason why this is not a 5-star review is that the way things went did not let me evaluate the NA4C I purchased from Lex.

I recently purchased the Onyx Boox Go 10.3 tablet from this store, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The staff took the time to answer all my questions (namely, about shipping to Portugal and the expected arrival time). The purchase process was smooth, with efficient service and clear communication.
The tablet was delivered in pristine condition, and I've been thoroughly impressed with its performance for reading and note-taking.
I highly recommend this shop for its professionalism, excellent product selection, and customer-focused approach. This will definitely be my go-to place for any future Onyx Boox purchases.

Ordered a Boox (€600,-) with a broken screen when delivered. Contacted the owner and he said that it was my fault. Tried everything to reach him and in no way he offered a solution.

He didn't respond on whatsapp nor by telephone. I only got standard copy paste replies per email saying it was my fault and that he can't do anything to help me.

I felt betrayed, never order anything at this company.

That's an updated review. Initially, the score was much lower.
My problem was more related to the delivery than with E Readerweb.
These are the updates: they offer excellent prices with a slightly longer-than-usual delivery. The delivery delays (which can be weeks, almost a month in time) depend on their chosen delivery partner (Post NL) and affect only one (maybe a few) country. They are working on some notifications about it on their website.
The company is highly recommended and to be honest the best regarding prices for Boox devices in Europe (but check the delivery delays on the Post NL site first as it's not something e readerweb can manage)
The big pro is their customer support. They are very responsible, even over weekends, and they really try to find a solution. My case was a bit different, but it would be a sweeping generalisation to say it will happen for everyone or anyone.
The only thing i would recommend to ereaderweb is to have a secondary (even pricier) courier option available (like dod,ups,gls,fastway,etc) for the customers who would pay a bit higher price for much quicker delivery. But once again, the delays are not something ereaderweb can manage,it’s purely depends on the postal service.
But ereaderweb is nothing but a very highly recommended company especially for Boox devices. And their support is one of the best i ever saw.

Heb een onlangs een boox note air3c gekocht via deze site. Na eerst alles over dit apperaat te hebben uitgezocht en vervolgens te hebben gekeken waar ik hem het beste kon aanschaffen, kwam ik dus uit op deze site. Naast het feit dat er bij deze website een gratis hoes en gratis extra stylus pen nibs werden gegeven, was de levertijd snel en goed en de service uitstekend. Miste nl nog een extra bestelling en binnen een dag werd dat naar mij opgestuurd. Heel fijn begeleid met een vriendelijke mail. Op de site staan ook goede reviews van hun producten en goede instructies over hoe je het beste uit de verkochte apperaten kan halen. Dus goedkoper, vriendelijk, en snel. Wat wil je nog meer.

Ik heb afgelopen week een nieuwe Boox note air 3 gekocht tegen een heel scherpe prijs met gratis magnetische hoes en bijbehorende styles nibs. Woensdag besteld en op Donderdag via PostNL netjes op tijd gekregen in een stevige doos. Alles werkt en ik ben er blij mee. Bedankt e-raederweb voor de goede en snelle service!

I recently purchased a BOOX Air 3, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Despite initial reservations about the website's outdated appearance, I found reassurance in the positive reviews on Trustpilot before making my purchase. The ordering process was seamless, and my item arrived promptly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from them. I needed new nibs to the stylus for my Onyx book Air 3C. No shop in Sweden offer replacement nibs, they were out of stock at Amazon and Onyx EU shop doesn't deliver to Sweden. According to Onyx I would have to order from Onyx shop in Hong Kong. Luckily, I found the nibs at e readerweb and they were delivered to Sweden in one week.

Vorige week heb ik bij e-readerweb.nl een prachtige Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C Pro tablet gekocht.
Aanvankelijk had ik wat problemen met het draadloos verbinden van de tablet, die e-readerweb.nl me deskundig geholpen heeft om op te lossen.
Ook een omissie die ik gemaakt had in mijn oorspronkelijke bestelling hebben ze soepel hersteld.
Zowel de Onyx tablet als de winkel e-readerweb kan ik dan ook van harte aanbevelen!

I was hesitant to buy from this site as the website is basic. Eventually I jumped in. The business is run by Lex, an actual real human who is quite responsive to emails. The product arrived with no hassle. I had a problem with my purchase, contacted Lex and he resolved the problem. All things considered, a decent business, I definitely recommend these guys and I will buy from them again. I'd recommend they upgrade their website, it's perfectly functional, it just doesn't inspire confidence!

Site looks like something from 1997, with layout and offers similar to various clickbait sites. Still, I tracked them to bol.com which gave some assurance it is legit.
4 days later, ordered ereader arrived with all the extras. With a 500€+ order I had my doubts. Overall - good service, works well despite dodgy looks. Recommended👍
