had an eye injury lack of ppe I gave them photo evidence 15 statements from my colleagues and they gave up and did not fight for me with such as evidence they couldn't put it together and make insurance company pay they only wasted my time even they have app they hardly use it they requested documents from me I sent it thru their app and 2x recieved emails requesting those even I said to them I have already sent it thru app then recieved another email where is the documents pure chaos you sent them evidence thru app whatsapp emails hardly believe they seen it all as my case is easy to win with all I have provided I had to chase them 1 month after denial.still nothing done I had to chase them what is going on and they rejected me worse lawyers ever if you can call them this way

Under a conditional fee agreement, we are required to keep the merits of a case under ongoing review and may bring the agreement to an end if the prospects are no longer sufficiently strong. We appreciate that this can be difficult to accept.

Waste of time solicitors, truly disappointed with their service. They wasted my time and didn't do anything; a completely useless service. They didn't take any actions.

I appreciate how frustrating it is to be told that a case cannot proceed, particularly where you feel strongly about what happened.
In 'no win no fee' cases, we must consider not only whether a claim could succeed, but whether there is a realistic prospect of recovering compensation. Where that is not available, we are professionally obliged to bring the agreement to an end.

NO WIN, NO FEE, till a month before court when I’m informed the barrister does not think we will win. HOWEVER
If you pay them £710 plus VAT they will represent you in court.
Unprofessional, scam artists.
They should not take people on, if they do not think they will win.
