After all the facts showing the facts that the company i worked for lied set a fake photo up and lied in accident report they wanted to drop case . A complete scam from this company and has caused me alot of upset let alone an injury thats effecting my work and life.

In 'no win no fee' matters, we have a duty to keep prospects under review and to bring cases to an end where they no longer meet the required threshold. We appreciate that this is not the outcome clients hope for.
Wouldn’t even bother
Wouldn’t even bother. Had a claim going through for an accident that was witnessed by the police. I went to every appointment I was asked to go to, mri scans etc. all I did was wait and wait for Dean Hornby and nothing. Kept asking for updates as I never had 1 call to tell me what was going on. 2 years later I finally get a response that it’s being closed as the insurance don’t believe the extent of the crash. Didn’t even try to help or fight it. I had to leave my ambulance job that I loved because of the pain in my back. I was close to having a catheter that night as I was peeing blood. I had every bit of evidence and fight and got nothing back not even expenses for the amount of appointments I had to go for. Had I have known that was the service I would receive I would have stayed well away. Luckily I stopped a friend from going with this company recently. Sort it out
