Super easy ordering process.
I have to admit I was sceptical about it arriving undamaged.
The clever packaging meant the cake arrived in perfect condition.
I was impressed.
To say my daughter was over the mood would be an understatement.
Even if the cake was mediocre, I would have been impressed. But it was delicious. Moist, light and moreish.
I'm not a fan of icing, but that was just the right thickness and texture.
I've purchased handmade cakes for the same price that didn't come close taste wise.
I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again.

I ordered a single edible photo (no cake) 8 working days ago, and I got the confimation that my order had been completed same day. I had paid for 1-4 working days delivery and have yet to recieve the order. No one answers the phones ever and I have yet to recieve a reply to any of my emails. I ordered this well in advance of the event (3 days from now) but anticipate nothing will come through in time.

Absolutely amazing company. The cake arrived the day expected and it was beyond expectations for taste, it’s one of the best cakes I’ve tasted, truly delicious.

Ordered a 10” square cake topper from a photo montage I created in photoshop. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the printing and the speed of turnaround! The icing sheet itself is also nice and thin but was really easy to peel off and apply - no stretching or tearing. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

My first order a few weeks ago went very well and would receive 5*****. My second order, as a returning happy customer, was not so good. The image printed on the toppers was off centre on every one. As the background was a colour, it meant every topper had a white stripe down one side and a bit of the image cut off the other. It took many emails to sort it out. I had to do a new order and ended up paying for next day delivery as time was now tight for me (£3 extra). I have also been sent a return label to return the badly aligned toppers back.

My new order has arrived and most of the toppers are good, however 6 out of 60 are still misaligned. Luckily I only need 50.

Everything is now fine and I'm able to complete my order for my client. The main thing that led to my rating is the fact that there has been no apology, no 'thank you', no 'please'. A small 'sorry for your inconvenience' would've changed the rating for this company to a 4****.

Received 2 icing 'photos' that were easy to apply and good price. Speedy service. Would use again.

The cake arrived on time and was packed really well and presented in a beautiful box. The cake was for a surprise 70th birthday party for my husband, the cake was amazing and everybody commented on how lovely it was. I would never hesitate to use this company again. The price for the cake was fantastic compared to a lot of places that I looked at. Many many thanks you made my husbands birthday very special.

I was sceptical becauseI wasn't sure how the cake would arrive through the post but it was brilliant first class professional service and a top quality cake with so many compliments definitely reccomend and use again

Very impressed! The cake arrived on time, the packaging was amazing, keeping the cake secure and safe from damage. I ordered the vanilla and jam filling and it didn’t disappoint, the cake tasted amazing and stayed fresh for days (probably would’ve stayed fresh longer, but it didn’t last that long!). I would definitely buy again from here, can’t wait to try the other cake flavours!

Ordered a vegan sponge cake for my partners 40th birthday. Arrived on the date requested, in safe packaging. The photo was really clear and the cake was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

I contacted them yesterday mid-afternoon not expecting to hear back as quickly as I did. I had a (what I thought) difficult and precise request. They got back within a few minutes and several emails later I had quickly ordered my icing sheet (for a very special cake) and it's sitting here next to me now - perfect!!

The cake itself was lovely but the message was spelt incorrectly

Also the photo was peeling off as well

I was disappointed as this was for my sisters 25th wedding anniversary

I emailed to explain but they never replied also unable to get a response from their customer service either

I can't rate my experience highly enough. The cake was perfect, (I wanted baby Yoda), it was delivered on time at a difficult to find address. The recipient was surprised and delighted. I'll definitely use again.

Having ordered a box of cupcakes for each of my two daughters birthdays yesterday, I have to write a review and say a big thank you. They each arrived at their respective address on time, beautifully and very safely packaged. What was inside far exceeded my expectations. To say I am impressed is the biggest understatement. Not only were my daughters thrilled but me too and I will be spreading your name amongst family and friends. I was fortunately with one of them and tasted both the vanilla and chocolate. They are absolutely delicious. No short measures at all. Much deeper and better than I could have imagined, the best sponge ever and delicious topping. Plus compliments on your fair charges and postage. You are exceptional. I will definitely use you again. An exceptional product and very reliable efficient service.

Second wonderful cake. The cake itself is absolutely delicious and the photos are so clear and detailed. My only complaint is the lack of costumer communication. I had no confirmation email for my order and nobody answers the phone or replies to emails. However the cakes have turned up on the right day and are so gorgeous I will only ever use this company for my family celebration cakes

I ordered a vegan Minecraft birthday cake for my son, and it was absolutely perfect! He was so happy—it made his day extra special. The cake was not only fun and creative in design but also very tasty, with a lovely texture and flavour that everyone enjoyed.
