We have been with Ecclesiastical for many years and have always been pleased with their efficiency and speed at resolving any claims, and giving advice when requested. They are not the cheapest but they are the best

I think this company is ethical. It has always provided me with honest answers. It is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but is very clear about what it offers.

Excellent customer service when I had to make a claim
I had to make a claim this year and it was handled very well indeed. Staff were helpful and patient, as the work required quotes from several different tradesmen, but there was no complicated requirements - they made it as simple as possible for me. And there was no question at all of not covering us, so we were very pleased indeed. Excellent customer service.

Very efficient service received…
Very efficient service received annually at renewal. Documentation is clear and precise and staff are most helpful if we should have a query. The Company receives good a rating by 'Which?" consumer magazine. We feel well covered Policy wise, and have recommended Ecclesiastical to family members. and friends.
