Just had a media unit delivered. Very pleased with it, solid and robust piece of furniture. Thoroughly recommend this company.

After we moved house, we needed some low height wardrobes to fit in an eaves room. These seem in short supply and those that are available look poor quality. Fortunately, we found Edmunds Clarke who make their own furniture (as well as selling high quality other brands) and have low eaves wardrobes. We ordered two items and within minutes were contacted by the sales team. Our order was confirmed by a human, Sam, (yay) who went through the options we'd requested to ensure the order was placed correctly. It was a made-to-order item so we knew there would be a small time to wait but we were kept informed throughout the process.

I also discussed options for a chest of drawers as I'd seen some on the site but none quite matched the size or style required. Sam was able to provide a price for a bespoke item that would match the wardrobes on order and, given it was build-to-order/made-to-measure, it was an excellent price so this was added to the order.

As the order was finished, we were contacted by EC to discuss delivery – the choice was a delivery and some self assembly or "white glove" delivery where two of the team members would deliver and assemble for us. We went for this option as I had no desire to mess up the craftsmanship of the items! EC are Norfolk and we are in Cornwall but the delivery service was prompt – the team members arrived by 8am and the items were installed by 9:30 (with breaks for tea and breakfast which only seemed fair!)

The quality of the items purchased is excellent. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in these bespoke items is clear and we are exceptionally delighted to have found EC and will be using them for our furniture from now on.

The quality of the customer service matches the items – throughout the process, the team were superb and being able to offer the bespoke chest of drawers to match the wardrobes was fantastic. The team who delivered and installed the items were polite, friendly and careful to ensure the install was correct and exactly as we wanted.

I believe it is a family-run company and this shows in the care and attention in all aspects of the business. The quality of the work is second to none and the experience of dealing with EC was so much better than a generic online store.

We have no hesitation in recommending EC to anyone who is looking for excellent furniture at competitive prices backed by customer service that is genuinely personal. This is the difference between a company who cares and those who are just box shifters.

We've a high regard for all the members of the team that we met at Edmunds Clarke Limited. Our initial email enquiries were dealt with very efficiently and the samples that we requested arrived promptly through the post. In the end, we decided to visit the showroom to ensure the quality of the items of furniture. Sam was there to greet us and talk us through the items we were there to look at. He was very approachable and informative, but gave us time and space to consider our purchases. Having placed our order with Sam, he gave us a realistic idea of when it would be ready for dispatch. To our great surprise the complete order was safely delivered earlier than expected and was carefully put in situ by Pete and Nigel. Once again thanks for your endeavour. We shall cherish our new furniture.  

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience fo buying bedroom furniture from Edmunds Clarke. We called in a few weeks ago prior to moving house just for ideas and saw lots we liked so after unsuccessfully looking around for anything else we liked elsewhere, we returned just after moving in. We had excellent customer service in store, lovely friendly staff, really knowledgeable about their products and stock, and bought some really lovely pieces which were delivered and installed (including making up wardrobes in situ) within a couple of days. Couldn't be happier with our purchases, thank you.

Received my hallway storage unit yesterday. A really lovely piece of furniture that looks fabulous, is of great quality and tidies away the many shoes and coats in our busy household.
The delivery guys were particularly great. Really efficient and helpful. The unit was assembled and in situ within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful solid oak table, well made and designed. Amazing customer services, both friendly and professional. Ordered the Melford Solid Oak Oval X Leg table for our kitchen on Wednesday and it was delivered the next day. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend Edmunds Clarke Ltd.

We have bought furniture from Edmunds and Clarke before so we knew the customer service and quality of the furniture is 5 star. Where else would we go. I bought a headboard which was specially made, a bedside cabinet and a cabinet for my Mums bathroom. I would so recommend Edmunds and Clarke..if you want good old fashion customer service and first class workmanship, this is the place to go.

We ordered two pieces of furniture over the phone. These were despatched promptly and delivered on the agreed date. All was fine with the furniture. Overall a pleasure to deal with this company.

We visited the showroom in October 2023 to look at the Dorset range in the rustic oak finish. The saleslady was very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy and we placed the order for new bedroom furniture there and then.

How different to those aircraft hanger furniture businesses. They don't make customers a cup of tea.

Delivery went very smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the furniture and with the overall service I received. Everyone was so helpful and flexible when I had to delay delivery.
