My briefcase/ messenger bag arrived and it’s beyond what I imagined! The quality is superb and I’m so excited to use it for my new career!

My item took a while to get here, given it was international shipping that's to be expected. But I was disappointed when one of the clips arrived frozen, wouldn't move my latch hangs on to it. I messaged support right away with a price match to their cheaper Amazon listing & got a speedy response for a picture. However, it's been days no with no response to any action being done & international return labels are almost as expensive as the bag, which would take another month to get a non defective bag.

Tracking was easy to understand and accurate! Website was very easy to navigate as well, I had an overall wonderful experience.

I love the purse and briefcase/backpack I purchased from you! I just wish you would have a better variety of colors for your small bow purse!

Everything looks good. Nice quality

Product arrived in a pretty timely manner (despite general postage delays) and was well packaged so no damage or anything else. The product itself was gorgeous and well-made; all of the mechanisms work well and the colour was beautiful.

I loved the bag. I received the bag on time.

Wonderfull shipping not to long . Just perfect. Give all the details on ur parcels. I am happy with their service.

Everything went smoothly ! I wan't sure about the sizing with the shoes I wanted. The customer service was very fast to answer and make their recommandations to determine the right size for me, and when it arrived, it fit perfectly ! The shoes are beautiful and comfy, and seem to be high quality. I will definitely order from this website again !

Is really cute! I love it!!!

Tuve unos problemas con el envió pero lograron darme una solución y el producto es excelente

Really beautiful bag exactly as pictured, good quality fast shipping and responsive and helpful customer service.
Would by from Ecosusi again.

I really love this bag. It is so beautiful, so functional and really well made. I was sad it took awhile to ship but they were communicative about it and it was worth the wait! I actually am about to make another purchase for my friend! Highly recommend.

The bag has arrived in perfect condition, and a few days earlier than expected. It Is
simple and fashion, with good material, exquisite workmanship

This company is based in China - not UK which it stated on the site when when I bought a pair of shoes. I ordered a pair of UK size 7 shoes - which are more like a UK size 5!? I can't even get my feet into them. I asked about returns / refund and have been to told to post them back to China! I will have to pay for the postage! Really bad.

Beautiful bag, well made. Perfect for my life/small business.

I absolutely loved the bag I purchased. It’s just the right fit for me. Thank you so much.

The bag came dirty to start off. There was some weird staining along the bag straps that I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried. The other factor was that the bag ripped only a month after. I only had my wallet and waterbottle in my bag long with a sketchbook and some art supplies. But the bag somehow ripped from the straps so easily it was depressing. I'm quite reluctant to purchase anything else from ecosusi now
