I went to the Mansfield branch and met Paul. I was in desperate need of a tool to help me pull my socks on due to severe hip pain. Paul showed me exactly what I needed and made the experience fun as opposed to just another sale. Highly recommended.

Called in to buy a small accessory
Called in to buy a small accessory. Paul Wilson was very helpful & I was able to get what I wanted. Before serving me Paul was advising a couple on mobility scooters he was very knowledgeable & helpful to them. He acknowledged my presence & said he would be with me shortly. I would certainly call in again but there did seem to a great deal of admin concerned with such a small purchase.

Service with a smile
This was the second time that we had popped into the shop, first time we spoke to a gentleman regarding the batteries for my mum‘s electric chair. He gave us some really good advice unfortunately it didn’t work so we popped back in and spoke to a lady called Carol. Carol was so helpful. She told us all about the batteries using her battery putting that into our chair and then realising that there was nothing wrong with our batteries she also shown my dad how to use the Chair as he totally forgotten how to use it. He was so happy that he actually rode out of the shop. Carol was so helpful, she genuinely wanted to help .Thank you Carol

Took my mother in law to look at stairlifts and spoke to Paul,with great patience and knowledge he explained them to her and took into account her hearing and sight difficulties in advising her. Would definitely recommend.

Father in law just had a pacemaker fitted. Called in for advise re a scooter. Carol listened to his condition and circumstances in which he would use one, including the local terrain. No hard sell targeted at the highest price model or anything that was over specified and with plenty of options and insightful suggestions later he has purchased the ideal scooter for his needs. Great experience
Writing on behalf of my grandma Sheila as she doesn't have access to online. She said she went into the mansfield store and was greeted by Paul Wilson. He was very friendly and professional and helped her with purchasing the right product. She said she would highly recommend.

Another positive visit
Went into the Mansfield shop to try and get a couple of Glo and Go walking sticks. Product was available so visit was a sucess. As ever, Paul was really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for all your help.

SUPERB & EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PAUL WILSON AT MANSFIELD BRANCH
After poor health I was unsure what sort of mobility scooter I required as Id never had one in the past, so I popped in to the Eden Mobility shop in Mansfield with my wife about 2 years ago and was greeted by Paul Wilson who showed us each scooter and then before we decided, he walked round the market with me riding it, to make sure it was not only comfortable for me but also light enough for my wife to take apart and fit in our car boot. The scooter is excellent and last week I needed something so popped in to see Paul who is always helpful and friendly and polite and he able to send me away a very happy customer. Without Paul's help and support, I dont think id have bought and scooter and would have kept struggling but Paul's advice and business it has given me alot more inpendance and less falls on to rock hard pavements.

Been to eden in Mansfield we was made welcome by Paul. He showed my mum fold up mobility scooters which would be suitable for her. Paul was very professional very caring
They have a variety of mobility to suit all and other disability products . It's best to see for yourself .
