What an amazing customer experience myself and my husband had today at the Wakefield Branch with the two wonderful ladies Wendy and Jill. Wendy you was amazing showing empathy and going the extra mile to demonstrate the chairs to my husband, we purchased two chairs one for holiday and one for everyday use because of your knowledge, empathy professionalism and we cant thank you enough Jill you was a brilliant co pilot :)
Definitely recommend this unique company who do stand out from the croud.

The perfect fit!
We initially went in with a scooter in mind that my husband had seen the previous day. It wasn't best suited for my needs, luckily, Wendy was on hand with all the knowledge, she made me feel really comfortable and helped me find one that was great for my needs & at an incredible price.
The building in general is laid out perfectly, you can freely move around the shop, it was at a comfortable temperature, and really clean.
I won't need another scooter for a while now, but I would definitely be recommending to family.

I went to the Wakefield branch to purchase a mobility scooter.
My wife and I were warmly greeted by Gill Hudson.
She was very knowledgeable, and guided us through the choice and purchase process.

Wendy was very knowledgeable and reassuring when describing the items I was interested in. There was no pressure and she was easy to talk to and seemed to know about the temporary disability I face. I highly recommend her for advice about all aspects of disability in relation to the products she sells. I did not know I qualified for VAT free products until she told me. Thank you Wendy for making a difficult prospect much easier.

Great service
Called into Eden in Wakefield during a down pour to enquire about a cover for my mobility scooter tiller as I was worried about getting the electrics wet. Was warmly greeted by Wendy who sorted me out quick sticks with a great cover and was soon on my way. I was lucky enough that they were half price too🙂 I won't hesitate to call in again if I am in need of anything else. P.S. the cover did the trick and kept the tiller and my hands dry.

Can’t recommend highly enough
Visited Eden in Wakefield and were very pleased that we did. Warm welcome by Wendy who was very helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase. I’d say she went the extra mile which is something that’s worth commenting on. First time visiting the shop because previously we’ve always dealt with our daughter’s needs online. From now on I think we’ll call in on Eden as first option when we need something. Can’t recommend Eden highly enough.
