Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Could not recommend them enough. Really happy with the finished product - outdoor gym room. Customer service amazing and great price point when I got other similar companies into quote.

We adore our Eden Garden building with its stunning garden facing room and separate reinforced storage unit.
A concealed door to the storage area reveals a super practical robust room that houses all the stuff we used to keep in the garage. Great Lighting and extraction to maintain perfect humidity along with reinforced floors and walls to allow for weight bearing shelving complete a super useful space that's so pleasant to use.

The entire building is beautifully constructed delivering on both aesthetic and practical levels after a great consultation with Wes, we knew our needs were understood and would be met with Eden.
The team managed everything from tear down and removal of the old garage and workshop including asbestos roof disposal through the build itself and finally the fabulous gates.

Stephen, Barry, Tom the spark, Matt and Johnny did a great job and although we had some unexpected hiccups - Stephen was incredible all the way through ensuring everything was exactly as I wanted - sorting out the issues that occurred that were outside his control with patience , professionalism and integrity. An amazing individual 100% dedicated to the client and to Eden - nothing was too much trouble.

From the very start, Wes from Eden was so patient with us while we updated and tweaked our plans throughout the quote and design process. With a plan in place the work started quickly, and we were amazed by the incredible team of skilled professionals on the project day by day who were clearly a slick team. Our plans were ambitious including a sunken hot tub and bespoke decking with the den all behind a huge hedge. The Eden team took the time to really understand what we were trying to achieve and guided us and gave us options when we needed them! Jason, Zac, Dan, Adam, Steve, Wes and the wider team who are so many to mention, thank you all for your hard work, guidance, professionalism and jolly teamwork - the result is stunning! Jo & Steve

Eden’s service and professionalism were outstanding.
We wanted a high specification garden gym and they supported us through the planning process and design integrating all our changes .
The build was supported by Jason and Dave and they were professional and considerate delivering a high quality and finish. Dan the electrician fitted the cabling for the power and Wi-Fi with minimal impact on the house and hiding the cabling really well.
The quality and customer service is what I think sets Eden apart including the owner Duncan and the project managers ( Mike and Steve) . Nothing was an issue to fix and they put us first. In a market which is saturated for choice the customer service and focus on quality is what you want and I would recommend Eden

Eden provided a very professional and efficient service right from the planning stage through to the finish. All staff were very friendly. Any issues that we raised were sorted very quickly. We are very happy with the final product which is of very high standard. We’re very pleased we chose Eden and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Eden Garden Rooms have just completed a multi-purpose garden room building, with an office, Gym, large utility room and bathroom. Wesley was very helpful in bringing this in for me within budget. The whole process was seamless there were no unforeseen surprises, not only did they bring the project in within budget; the team were quick and efficient and always on time, very polite and patient and always willing to help.
The customer service and communication were exceptional from the management team. My direct contact was Stephen, the project manager, who was incredibly helpful and went over and above his duties, to move the project along.
However, I must give kudos to all the team.

Every aspect of our experience with Eden, from initial design to final sign off, was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout. The construction team worked incredibly hard, clearly take great pride in their work and kept the site tidy at all times. Stephen went far beyond our expectations to help us incorporate the building into our bigger pool project. The finished building, which we use as a gym, tv room and pool house, looks beautiful and is a fantastic light and airy space which the whole family love using.

Everyone who works for Eden are consummate professionals. Wes talked through every possible option under the sun in design, helping me keep the costs manageable. Julia was always on hand if I needed anything. Steve kept me updated and visited the site during the build. Max and Lloyd could start their own building company with their knowledge and graft! Dan and his team gave solid advice and talked through every aspect of the electrics. Johnny kept his promise that the quality of finish would be perfect- and it was. I’m really happy I chose Eden, they are worth the cost of trying to source and manage your own project.

I had had my eye on a garden room/gym for about two years and, now, after 8 months with the beautiful space Eden Garden Rooms created for me, I couldn't be happier. Wes was great to deal with and got my ideas into a plan exactly as I described and both Steve and Richard went above and beyond, working right up to Xmas eve to get me into the gym on time.
I couldn't be happier with the end result and couldn't recommend them highly enough. 👍

We are very happy with the service provided by Eden Garden Rooms. Our garden room was built in 9 days by Matt who was on site daily with other members of the team popping in on some days to conduct various jobs. We were very impressed with how the whole project was run and we were kept in the loop all the time regarding the progress and any questions that needed our input. We found everyone to be helpful, professional and polite and are thrilled with the end result. The room looks great in our garden with a high level of finish both on the inside and the outside. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering having a room built in their garden.

I can only describe our experience of Eden Garden Rooms and our finished Garden Room as ‘Wow’ !! From meeting Wes to discuss our Initial requirements all the way through the build to completion , exceptional, can only describe it. Product quality is superb as was the Build. Stephen kept us informed all the way through, Max & Lloyd were so amazing, they were here for 2 weeks, their attention to detail is beyond words and an absolute pleasure to have them at our home. I can’t recommend Eden highly enough — from start to finish, the entire team delivered with professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to quality. Every single person involved went above and beyond, and it’s only right to name them individually.

Barry (Baz) & Ricky – the groundwork team. These two were outstanding. Incredibly helpful, approachable, and always ready to make adjustments to get things just right. They placed the foundations exactly where we wanted, with precision and attention to detail that really set the tone for the rest of the build. They made a tough job look easy and handled everything with calm confidence.

Jason, Zack & Dave – the builders extraordinaire. These guys are truly exceptional. Words don’t really do justice to how brilliant they were. Their craftsmanship, patience, and dedication were next level. I’ve never come across a more understanding and attentive team — they genuinely cared about the outcome and worked tirelessly to ensure every element was perfect and exactly as we’d envisioned. Nothing was too much trouble, and their pride in their work shows in every inch of the finished product.

Dan – the man I call God. And the Lord said, “Let there be light”… and Dan made it happen! Without a doubt, the best spark I’ve ever met. His attention to detail was phenomenal. He understood my (admittedly chronic) OCD about symmetry and made sure every light, cable, and switch was perfectly aligned. He treated the electrical setup like a piece of art, and the results speak for themselves.

Stephen & Wes – the commercial and operations team. These two just got it. From the first conversation through to the final handover, they were on the ball, proactive, and solution-focused. No faffing, no delays — just a team that understood the vision and made it happen. Their coordination behind the scenes ensured everything ran smoothly and on time.

If you’re considering Eden for your project, you won’t find a better group of people to bring it to life. They take pride in what they do, treat your home like their own, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Eden were great, from initial consultation to planning (not straightforward with our particular set-up and council) to the build itself. Any issues that came up were dealt with politely and efficiently. We now have a fabulous garden room study! Thank you Wes and Max and the rest of the team.

Why did I choose Eden?
I researched close to 20 companies before deciding on Eden. At first glance, many appeared similar - however as I dug deeper, it became clear that very few offer a 100% one stop shop, fully bespoke with unique specifications - Eden are one the few.
Meeting Duncan for the initial assessment, he looked me in the eye and listened without flinching as I reeled off my huge list of bespoke requirements. I didnt know at the time that Duncan is the owner of Eden, and it speaks volumes that the owner would take the time to come and listen / explain the offering face to face. I can see now this very personalised /customer centric approach is the hallmark of Eden

Am I happy?
Fast forward to today - my Eden is complete and I am utterly delighted with it. The team are a joy to work with - they are as committed, effervescent and professional as any I have ever worked with - you feel you are joining a close-knit family who care passionately about the end result. Even at the final stages Stephen set up my son's playstation (not part of the job) and offered to come back and set up our media cabinet (again, not part of the job). These seemingly small gestures were a big deal to me as I am hopeless with tech and DIY – and they give an important insight into the overall mindset of the team

Something that amazed me
You can read for yourself the long list of 5 star reviews on trustpilot etc all saying similar things - all I can do is echo the comments I have seen, however there is something “extra” I will comment on in terms of customer service that is exceptional. I had a huge issue obtaining a build over agreement from Thames water due to the complexity / uncertain lay out of local sewers - in practical terms, this meant a 4 month delay, 7 (seven, no typo) CCTV surveys done by Thames at my / neighbouring properties to identify all pipes, 3 times agreeing start dates with Eden then cancelling, Eden having to re-design the foundations 3 times to comply with Thames requirements, and Eden - by hand – offering to dig 1m trenches around the garden to ensure there was zero chance of damaging the pipes. This process became so complex, my architect formally resigned stating "this is never ending, you have to handle this yourself". Eden could have adopted the same attitude "call us when you are ready" but didn’t - Duncan took all of this in his stride with zen-like calm, and even though my architect had abandoned me......... Eden did not, and for that I am extremely grateful. They are a true partner who will stick by your side from beginning to end and deliver you a first class product on time and on budget. Highly recommended

As a small company, just my husband and I we have run our business from home for the last 8 years, always sacrificing a room in our home. The two most negative aspects of this is a, losing a room and b, never really getting a work life balance as to get from the lounge to the kitchen, we had to walk past ‘work’.

Enter eDEN! Having researched extensions and loft conversions we quickly ruled these out due to constraints and cost, but then realised we could have a garden office and hey presto.. the business could legitimately pay for it.

We did our research, got 3 quotes, all of which were in the same ball park, but eDEN stood out on quality and timescales that worked for us.

In no time at all we had a fully functioning office, that was better insulated than our home and somewhere we could increase productivity. We’ve always loved that we do as a company but now that we have the right environment too we love ‘going’ to work even more.

We chose to have underfloor heating and aircon and a fully plumbed toilet which now means we completely separate worn and home and use it all year round.

We can’t recommend eDEN enough. All of the trades that worked on our office were highly skilled, polite and tidy and a joy to have around. The wider team, Duncan, Wes and (most importantly) the back office team have been responsive, honest and thorough throughout the whole experience.

We had a garden office built. The service from Eden from start to finish was superb and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Wes came to see the site and did the initial quote, then our project was managed by Stephen and Sev led the build. Communication was great throughout. We are really happy with the finish and would unreservedly recommend Eden!

The builders came exactly as scheduled and were courteous, polite and hardworking. They were clearly experienced and worked incredibly hard to provide us with a top quality garden room.

From start to finish, working with Eden Garden Rooms was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The whole process was simple, efficient, and completely stress-free. Everyone I dealt with along the way was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about delivering a great result.

What really stood out to me was the personal touch. The team took the time to understand what I wanted and made thoughtful recommendations that elevated the whole project—like the raised sleeper borders and steps, which added so much character and functionality to the space. These little details truly made the build feel special and bespoke.
