Very quick delivery . The delivery driver threw it over the fence instead of knocking on the door . Broke the bucket which you obviously need to make the casting . Rang them up and they replaced it . Received it the next day . The customer service was outstanding . I’m very impressed .

I bought two of the handcasts before Xmas but only one was delivered.

I contacted TECS who promptly send out another casting the next day. Super helpful and will be back once I’ve tried out my first casting x

The cast we made of my mum and dad's hand us fantastic. They both recently passed away so it makes it even more special. I recently contacted Edinburgh Casting Studio regarding the dome to display it in. Sarah was very helpful and we received the dome and base the next day.

I have read the reviews on this product and was keen to purchase as a gift for a friend at the cost of £44, only to arrive at the checkout to be charged a further £16.95 for delivery. I could get free delivery if I spend £99 but I’m not doing that either, sadly I won’t be ordering, it’s a shame as I have heard great reviews but the delivery cost is far too high, in my opinion!

Second order I have placed , this time as a gift and the customer experience was very good. As it is a Christmas gift it was a nice touch that they included a message from us as we were having it delivered directly to the person. Very helpful through email correspondence with the request.

I have not tried it yet as it is a Christmas gift for myself and husband who is terminally ill, however I have high hopes

This hand casting kit was purchased as a gift so cannot comment on quality but it was delivered on time and I am sure will be an appropriated gift

Ordered by phone. Spoke with lovely helpful lady and order received 3 days later with no issues. The casting sets are Christmas gifts so don’t know yet how they will turn out.

I ordered a refill and a glass dome, they arrived the following day. The glass dome was for a cast that we had already made and the refills are for gifts

I have done a cast before of my husband and I and thought it turned out great so this kit I received now is for a Christmas present so I am sure they will be over the moon with it as we were with our casting

It was sent with a signature for delivery I was at work and could not get the delivery. I have asked for a re delivery and I have no idea where it is now . Not at my happiest about that but I will try and track it down.

Turned out amazing ! Really easy to follow instructions, packaged well . Great fun to do , even my doubtful partner was amazed at the detail captured

This really is such a beautiful idea. And so well designed that anyone can get perfect results. At a few points in the process I was sure I had messed up (alginate powder didn't combine easily with the water at first; felt there were too many air bubbles in the alginate; we probably took our hands out a bit too agressively...) But then I crumbled away the alginate to reveal the plaster and it was perfect! Captured so much fine detail. The cast is currently on the side drying and still uncanny to me to catch sight of it and totally recognise my partner's hand and his knuckles. Love it!
