Avoid at all costs! I believed that I was ordering from a trusted Irish company but have been completed let down. Over a week after my order was accepted and money taken I was informed that the item was not in stock anymore, they tried to justify this by making me choose a different item when most items on the website are sold out. They offered a 10% discount which isn’t much good to considering it was a Christmas present and it is now too late to order from most places. All that I received from customer service was a blunt reply. They said that the issue occurred over 2 weeks ago however I only placed an order 1 week ago so why was my order accepted. Appalling treatment of customers at a terrible time of year. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered a fleece from edit row and after 5 days of no update on shipping etc I decided to email them. They replied and told me that the jumper I had ordered and paid for was out of stock. Really bad customer service and disappointed I had to reach out myself.

Had a query about a recent order emailed on Sunday evening had a reply from a lovely lady Michelle by 8am Monday morning sorted the issue went above and beyond and my order arrived today Tuesday even with Christmas deliveries 10/10 for an excellent customer service

My first time ordering from Edit Row, had my order and money taken and only found out they couldn't fulfil it when I emailed to find out why there was no sign of it arriving! A website glitch apparently. Also missed the restock because i was waiting for mine to arrive. Extremely poor service! Best they offered was a 10 per cent discount.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a jumper on the 10th of November. Still no sign of it and several emails sent. Have been a great customer but would never buy off edit row again.

Was going to purchase a fleece from Edit Row, looked similar to the one my friend has but my friend said she bought hers from Shein! The fleece was 90% identical, same pattern etc only difference was the cuffs were black and there was a mid pocket on the Shein garment! Found so many variations of that fleece top on Shein so possible that Edit Row fleece also came from there just with their own zip and logo put on

Bought an Elle Berry last year. Contacted customer service to say that it stains with water. Heard nothing back. Sleeps are really tight at the wrist area. Cannot pull up sleeves, no practical fix life with small kids! Don’t love wearing it.

Recently purchased a jumper and shorts from edit row. After washing the jumper for the first time and following all washing instructions, the quality is much worse.
The stitching is all shrivelled and there is black fluff all over the jumper. The shape of the collar and the cuffs of the sleeves has also gone a weird shape. I have contacted edit row and waiting for a response.

UPDATE: Edit row responded and gave me the option of a 40% refund or for me to send back the jumper and have it inspected by their garment team. At first I questioned why the refund was only 40% and not the full amount. I was told that the images I provided were not clear enough to see the issue. I opted for edit row to collect the jumper to be inspected by their garment team. Once the jumper was collected I was never contacted until one day I received an email to say the money was refunded to my account. I reached out again, wondering why I wasn't given an option or at least an explanation as to what happened to the jumper. The woman I was emailing said she presumed I wanted a refund since I had previously questioned why I would only get a 40% refund and not the full price, instead of checking with me first. I asked why I was not offered a replacement and I was told this is not possible as my item was returned to the warehouse. I didn't return the item, Edit Row gave me the option of a 40% refund or to send my item back and have it inspected by their garment team. I was never told that I would not be issued with a replacement and could only receive a refund. I have also not been told what the garment team found wrong with my jumper upon inspection, and whether it was a bad batch of jumpers or if the quality of the clothes is actually that bad.

Really poor communication on edit rows end. Definitely will not be buying from here in future.

I would advise against anyone shopping here due to the most appalling customer service.
Made an order online only to be contacted weeks later to say there was a problem with their website and it showed they had more stock of a jumper that I ordered than they actually had in stock and therefore couldn’t fulfil my order.
Offered me other alternatives, I asked if a particular colour had my size. I was told yes to later then to be told sorry that given the time that lapsed between our emails (6 hours) that my size was no longer in stock. Why on earth offer something and not put it aside for a customer, given it was to be the replacement for their original mistake!
I gave up and asked for a refund.

My wife purchased a jumper and it is great. Size fits and quality is very good. They recently announced a sale would happen on a given day so she purchased two more of the same jumper, but they are not the same as the original one she purchased. The sizes are smaller and the quality is much worse (colour is faded, not as soft and thinner material).
Would be careful purchasing off here again especially with offers

Do not trust, genuine reviews are not being posted on the website. I left a 2 star review last week and it was deleted immediately. I also commented on the instagram account and the comment was deleted, I have screenshot of it before it was deleted. Had I seen some genuine reviews before I purchased I wouldn’t have wasted my money!! Beware
