I popped onto the shop on the off chance that they would have what I wanted in stock. They didn't, but offered to make it that afternoon! But in the end they did have one out back that had just been made. Fantastic service. Love my new wool topper!!

called in at store mid day and received great service and advice from the staff. Needed an extra large quilt that they did not have made up. It was made immediately and in the courier post that afternoon and arrived 2 days later. Amazing, prompt, personal service .

Very well-made product (feathers aren't spilling out of it like with the Farmers ones), finished beautifully, love the 4 seasons option with 2 joinable duvets which we also get to use separately. Customer service timely, helpful & very friendly. Wouldn't buy anywhere else & about to get a couple more for my parents.

Very happy with the duvet. Prompt service and great quality. I bought the autumn/spring duvet for the guest bedroom so it hasn’t yet been used, but looks very warm and well made.

the duvet is great. It is like sleeping under a cloud. Now I need to consider investing in a pillow.

Blanket Arrived quickly, was as nice as I was expecting, perhaps a little flatter than anticipated, I wonder if there are instructions on how to fluff it up?

The fill is perfect. The only not so good thing, is the lining of the actual pillow. It’s a kind of sateen material, which is super crinkly and makes a lot of noise every time you turn over. A bit like cellophane.
I would recommend this pillow be made out of organic cotton instead, for a quieter nights sleep.
