Read some mixed reviews, but decided to give them a chance. The online chat service was helpful, and answered my questions prior to order. The order came quickly and as expected. No issues whatsoever. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I ordered a graphics card from here end of last week. It was a nvidea rtx 2070 super and was the cheapest I could find online by about £100.
I was a little worried after looking at some of the negative reviews on here but I can honestly say that there wasn't a single issue. In fact it was delivered 5 days after I ordered it and that included a bank holiday weekend (VE day) so I would say excellent service and price and they emailed me on despatch 2 days before it arrived.

Ordered a graphics card and monitor from this site on the 6th of May. On many other sites the same model of monitor was listed as out of stock until the 18th of May, but on ejobber.com it was listed as in stock. Ordered and paid, and got an email stating the items would be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Fine. The email also stated I'd be contacted again when the items were dispatched.

The next afternoon, after getting no dispatch notice and reading some of these reviews, I contacted their customer support to request a tracking number. I was told the graphics card had dispatched but the monitor had not yet, but that I would get a tracking number with an email when it had been.

Later the same day I got a phone call from their customer support to say the monitor was actually out of stock but would be delivered by the 18th. Not a massive surprise given it was out of stock everywhere else too. Fine.

The main issue I've got comes with whichever courier company delivered the items. I say whichever as I don't know, as I didn't get a tracking email.

The graphics card was delivered to a neighbour a couple of doors down. Wouldn't really be a problem but the courier company didn't actually tell me of this, so an expensive bit of kit just sat outside someone else's front door for a few hours until he was able to get in contact with me (by calling over a garden fence, as he's shielding and can't leave the house).

The monitor was delivered today (14th May) which is much earlier than I expected. Great! Inexplicably, the top of the box was wet. It hasn't rained nearby as far as I know, and I brought it inside straight away when it was delivered (the courier had scuttled off already). Not only was the box wet but so were all the cables inside at the top of the box. The paperwork was damp. The monitor itself appeared fine, but I've not been able to confirm whether it works properly as plugging in the soaking wet cables didn't seem sensible. I've ordered a new cable from a separate retailer...

eJobber had the best price I saw for the items I ordered and they arrived within the expected time. Their staff responded quickly to communication and overall I was very happy with the process.

The items arrived with European power cables, but they had warned me that this could happen and they sent replacement UK cables, which arrived the next day.

Having said that their website isn't great, for example I could not find a way to access my account apart from using a deep link from a search engine. Also there didn't seem to be an automated e-mail to tell me that my order had been dispatched, although one of their employees did e-mail me tracking details.

Giving 1 star feels too generous, I'd give minus if I could, this is a scam company, DO NOT BUY, and how trust pilot cant see what's happening is beyond me but they're still removing peoples reviews, my husband previously wrote this review for me but because he wasnt the buyer theyve removed it, so as the buyer I am posting this review myself now.
Items delayed numerous times, Ejobber refused to give any tracking details so after 2 weeks was forced to open PayPal claim, Item tracking then emailed within hours showing labels only just produced although items had already been shipped for 2 weeks. Items eventually arrived as empty boxes. tried calling multiple times, no one answering just getting a voicemail.

Reported to Paypal. AVOID THIS COMPANY. No doubt this will get reported at a "Fake review" like all their 1 star reviews.

Great price, great service. Kept up to date on delivery given minor delay due to Covid. Slight issue when product delivered with a European power cable immediately rectified and sorted within 48 hours. Have recommended to others and would use again.

Very efficient in finding products in crisis. Very good customer care service. Good quality. Timely delivery. Highly recommended.

I am currently in a terrible situation with Ejobber. I purchased a laptop from ejobber however on arrival I realised it is far to big and heavy for me to transport all day at work. I emailed a fe days after deliver to ask for a refund and was ignored for 4 weeks! I have called on numerous occasions and every time I am told something different. I have now been told if I want a refund I must send the laptop back however they can charge anything between 25-50% of the price in repackaging fees. They will not confirm how much so I am stuck in limbo. I feel that surely this is against my customer rights and they are scaring me into not asking for a refund. It is scandalous behaviour, ignoring me for weeks and now telling me I may loose over £300 just to refund an item that I purchased! Terrible service and against my consumer rights.

I got my product, it's genuine EU SKU with full manufacturer warranty and good competitive price. So not complaining about come quirks with them and would buy again.

The quirks:
I got confirmation of shipment but it didn't have tracking info. I got in touch with customer service chat on their website (very responsive) who eventually gave me the tracking info after a few days. From then it is fine. I think they should email confirmation of shipment when they actually have tracking number available to avoid confusion.

I have a positive feedback so not sure what they are condemning 😟 I have also noticed such replies to other positive reviews here. They’re not helping themselves! Yes I do appreciate ejobber delivering my product during COVID, in fact if they are unable to deliver it’s not a big deal and I totally understand. It’s just a small suggestion I made to improve communication if that made them ‘condemn’. This doesn’t change my decision to happily buy next time but again the quirkyness I mentioned above with them had just been demonstrated!!

I did receive the product within the specified time but it was a struggle to get the tracking information from them and it wasn't given to me until I was notified that it was delivered and I hadn't received anything. At this point, they decided to give me the tracking number and to my surprise, it had been delivered to my next door neighbour and to find that Ejobber had put in the wrong address. Luckily I do have it and it works but that was a messy situation filled with anxiety just to get it. Customer Service needs work.

These scamming bozo's are so ashamed of their GENUINELY customer awarded Trustpilot ratings that they have purposefully REMOVED all of the links to Trustpilot from their website, and sickeningly allege that all the truthful bad reviews are fake...

I'm pretty sure when you sign up with Trustpilot that you agree to maintain in perpetuity a published link to your Trustpilot ratings on your own website. To not do so is probably a breach of contract, but that's all in a days work at eJobber.

Read all their one and two star reviews before you even think of parting with a single penny on anything they are peddling, as it's proven to be the start of a nightmare for so many of us.

Oh, and this is for the chief honcho @eJobber, because if you maintain your 'fake' claims in reply to my genuine review comment from earlier this month - then I will consider it an act of defamation.

Item as described and delivered promptly, price ok as well, first time dealing with this company but can't fault this transaction.

I ordered a Dell monitor from ejobber. I selected them because they said that the monitor was in stock and would be delivered in 2-4 days. I paid online and received an email confirmation. However, I didn't hear anything more for approx 10 days (no email confirming delivery date etc). I called them, got through quickly, and as told it would be delivered next Thursday (in 1 weeks time). Still no confirmation email. On the Wednesday before the delivery day, I contacted ejobber via their online chat feature. The rep gave me a delivery reference and told me that the monitor would be delivered on Friday (I could see that the monitor was being couriered from the ejobber warehouse in Holland). It was delivered as advised and I have no problems with the product I ordered (except that it had a European power cable, but I have plenty of spares, so not an issue).
So... on the plus side: I got what I ordered, and I got a prompt response from ejobber staff when I contacted them twice.
On the negative side... they really need to improve their systems so that customers get notified automatically via email on delivery status. The lack of comms (plus some very negative reviews here) can cause some anxiety.
Until they sort this out I would probably avoid ejobber for high value items (but it should be fine for low value stuff). And if you have already ordered and are worried, then I think it should be fine, you just have to call them and get the info you need.

I bought a Dell docking station. The price was competitive. No issues with delivery. Initially they sent me a wrong power cable and I couldn't use it for a few days but when I emailed them about it, they reacted very quickly and sent me a right one. The docking station is working fine.

I recently ordered an Samsung monitor C27F390 from Ejobber at the time of lock down. I received an order, since the order arrived from Netherlands the adapter I received was EU adapter. When I reported the same, they have ordered new adapter for me and its delivered to my address. I got what I wanted and I am happy with the service.

Excellent Service, they don't give tracking numbers because there is alot of fraudsters out there, they are a legitimate company and I received my order on time and am very happy with the service, and I will definately order again from this company. Thanks Ejobber 😊 five stars *****

Had lots of issues with getting shipment information, however I was finally contacted via phone and told that it's due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Once I was reached via phone, everything was okay, the contact person was very pleasant. Ended up asking for a refund, got it instantly so I am very grateful for that.
