I wanted to return items I purchased…
I wanted to return items I purchased online, for collection, however, I changed my mind the next day I went on the live chat thinking that It would have taken a very long time, but within a minute an agent named Charlie came on the live chat and then he resolved my issue within 2 minutes, pretty fast I have waited longer!

Made an online order to collect. The main item I wanted couldn't be got by the store. I requested to just cancel the entire order and be refunded. They did it immediately, very nice service received

Great customer service!
I got great help from their customer service. Phone call answered quickly and the person was friendly and helpful, and then a couple of emails to follow up, and my issue successfully sorted out. Plus I’m happy with the items I bought from them, and their prices.

Consistently great customer service
Toy had manufacturing issue. Customer service was so easy to talk to and solved issue beyond expectations. Have always found customer service representatives on the online chat to be amazingly helpful.

I bought a dinosaur jigsaw from the store in Aylesbury and when we opened it, inside was a jigsaw of unicorns. I had a very disappointed 3 year old Grandson. I email customer service, had a reply within 10 minutes, and a replacement was on order within the hour. Well done. Best customer services I have ever dealt with.

Poor care for their customers.
I waited a month for delivery. Nothing turns up. Enquire to check where my delivery is and they said it’s been delivered. Their courier left the item outside my property despite me not listing any safe space. ELC refusing to send a replacement saying I’m “too late”. I was just eating for them to deliver as hadn’t received any notifications to say it was delivered. Rubbish service!

Hi Jo, we do advise to get hold of us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date that was provided if you have not received anything - any longer nomrally indicates there has been a problem. Anything later than that and it become increasingly difficult for our couriers to help find missing parcels. You would have had an email notification on the day showing the delivery as well as the deliery photo of it against your door. Apologies we cannot assist further with this.

ordered a large item (for school) arrived promptly. unfortunately, it wasnt the one that colleagues wanted.
I phoned to discuss return / replacement. So helpful - returns collected within 24hours. refund due within a few days.
