Great advice and general selection. Would be nice to have the choice of 8mm sound rods. 5 ring set too big until fully erect. Viper is useless. Keeps falling off. Nice concept but needs a way to secur... Ver mais

Great customer service
The courier cocked up the delivery twice. But Electrastim were fantastic. The apologised. Agreed to look into the matter with Parcel force and used a different courier to get my delivery sorted the next day.

I bought the noir silicone ethereal…
I bought the noir silicone ethereal sound and it doesn't work on my coyote 3, if they had a display for what powerboxes it works on it would have been my fault

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear about the compatibility issues you’ve experienced. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible for our products to be compatible with every model from other brands. We do our best to offer a range of adapters to improve compatibility with as many stimulators and accessories as possible.
In this case, it sounds like your stimulator’s 2mm wire pins may be slightly shorter, which can cause connection issues with a few of our silicone items. We’d recommend checking out our adapter cable kits, such as the EM2210, which may help resolve this.
If you’d like, our team would be happy to recommend an adapter or alternative solution — just reach out to us directly! ⚡

You get what you pay for.
Products are both very well made and reliable, and the internet based product video's are VERY detailed and really helpful.
They are not the cheapest, but they are made in the UK from quality materials unlike most of the far-east alternatives and the life-long guarantee on most products says it all!
