ElectraStim Avaliações

We have been using ElectraStim products from when they very first started. In that time we have found there products and customer service to be excellent. ElectraStim have always strived to develop their products and introduce new ones which is why we use and recommend their products.

Very easy to get additional information from the people of the company. The product ordered was delivered correctly and is of excellent quality. In other words, a company you can trust.

Excellent responce to technical questions !

The Helix seems very well made and it works well. However, having had non nerve sparing radical prostatectomy, I was hoping for more results.
Perhaps use over time will improve results.

I've had the ElectraStim AXIS Luxury Electro Stimulator for about 1yr. I've also bought most of the accessories to go with it too. It's been an awesome adventure. So good, I wore this bad boy out. I've done in what some may take several years to do :P. I did not expect much in way of support, but boy was I surprised. The team went way beyond my expectations, and I know only too well what its all about. I've managed an engineering and support team in the consumer space before. Unlike "other" experiences, ElectraStim lived up to my high standards. I was pleasantly surprised. Great communication and follow up. Keep up the great work. Definitely 5 star. Do yourself a favor, check it out.

They got the order wrong the first time, But quickly sent the right item and let me keep the wrong item as well.

It gives us fantastic anal and genital stimulation. Sets us up for terrific orgasms.

Not the cheapest gadget but certainly worth every penny. I have already had hours of fun with it.

Easy to find the products, just recently started experimenting with these products and so far the experience is great. Promptly dispatched, well packaged and discreetly packaged. These are good quality products and feel well made. Certainly enjoying them.

An sich schönes Gerät. Leider erst auf Nachfrage deutsche Anleitung bekommen. Update klappt leider nicht.

Good honest company who always provide a great service

Free Shipping. Super fast delivery speed. Excellent product quality. Much better than that other brand from UK.

You took the trouble despite the midst of Black Friday to query the delivery address and correct it. and then listened to a suggestion I made regarding product improvement. That is what I see as good customer care

Ordered products on a Sunday from UK . Arrived in Australia on my doorstep following Sunday (sent standard delivery) Amazing

Absolutely a 5 star experience we love the new Axis power box it’s compact with plenty of bang for the buck

A great company with good customer service.

My wife and I love their products, currently have the Flick Duo and Axis and can highly recommend both. Their square pads are also much better than the cheap ones.

My original Flick Duo unit had a fault, their customer service is excellent and the unit was replaced.

a very quick and easy purchase
Many thanks

Perfect company, very fast and discreet deliveri
