Easy to locate the exact light I was looking for at the website. Order was processed smoothly.

My only issue was with the shipping notification process. The order confirmation email I received March 5, 2026 stated "Once your package ships we will send an email with tracking#." However, I never received any email updates with tracking information.

I knew my light was enroute when it was delivered three weeks later and I picked it up off my front porch. The next day after receiving my light, I received an email with this link for a review.

Smoke detectors arrived on time and seem fine but I haven’t installed them yet.

The light took a while to arrive, but it worked perfectly and was built well.

It took about 3 months to receive my order

The product arrive quickly and the install was very easy. I would recommend and have recommended your company to several of my neighbors and they sound interested.

I ordered a part and they came with the wrong connections and the wrong color. The return process for this company is hell. AFTER multiple emails back and forth they decided they wouldn't take back their products. I lost $80 plus shipping on a product I now found in Home Depot for $15 smfh terrible!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Fast order filling & delivery at a great price

I ordered specific smoke detectors, and rather than ship the ones that I ordered they substituted with different ones and didn’t contact me first to ask if I wanted a substitution (which i did not!). I called in and told them they should have contacted me before shipping substitutions because I would have declined and asked for a refund before they shipped anything. You should never ship a substitution without asking the customer first if they want it. Now I have to take time out of my day to talk to customer service, submit an online form, wait for a label and print it off and take the items to the shipper to return. This should never have happened. I would not buy from this company again.

Had to wait a few days for shipping versus running to Lowes to get smoke alarms rught away, but no big deal. Even with a$16 shipping charge, theee alarms were still $19 less than at Lowes, even with my 10 percent veterans discount at Lowes

Service was quick and smoke alarm works just fine. The charge for postage and handling was excessive. The part I really don't like, altho I don't know who is to blame, is since I placed the order I have been swamped with ads on both my phone and computer for your company. I accept one (1) and only 1 communication from or about you beyond my receipt. All of the others are unwanted and lead me to not consider your company for any other products.

took way to long to get my order, the emails i exchanged with your company led me to believe the order did not get placed until long after I was expecting it to be delivered.
I am a new customer and it was a tiny order,
it slipped thru the cracks.
Bottom line, your people did not care enough.
