What really impressed me was their ability to source and supply parts for older-model GWM and Haval vehicles, where finding the correct components can sometimes be challenging.

We completely disagree with this review because it does not accurately reflect what happened as this customer is not saying the complete truth.
The part you purchased was specifically listed for the HAVAL JOLION Pro. You placed the order directly through our website without contacting us to verify compatibility beforehand, which normally indicates that you had already identified the correct part for your vehicle.
After receiving your review, we contacted you via WhatsApp to investigate the issue. During our conversation, it became clear that your vehicle is not a HAVAL JOLION Pro, but a different HAVAL JOLION model. As a result, the part you ordered was never intended to fit your vehicle.
We supplied exactly the product that was ordered and advertised. The incompatibility was caused by the part being purchased for the wrong vehicle model, not by any error on our part.
We encourage customers to verify compatibility before ordering if there is any uncertainty. Our customer support team is always happy to confirm the correct part before a purchase is made.

Sus políticas de devolucion al cliente no funcionan , me enviaron un repuesto que no era compatible con mi vehículo, llendo al mismo consecionario para que me programe un modulo que me enviaron y la respuesta del concesionario es que no es compatible y ahora no me quieren hacer la devolución de mi dinero, apoyándose en un tercero para decir que la marca no le quiere aceptar la devolución.
Quedó totalmente decepcionado.
También quiero mencionar que no era el primer repuesto que compre había comprado tres repuestos, dos funcionaron correctamente.lamentablemente uno no funcionó y no sé quieren hacer responsable que decepción.

Le explicamos en repetidas ocasiones que la pieza suministrada es 100 % idéntica a la original y lleva exactamente el mismo número de referencia de pieza genuina de CHERY; por lo tanto, no puede considerarse incompatible. El hecho de que usted lo crea o no no altera esta realidad.
Además, usted abrió la pieza y extrajo la placa electrónica interna, e incluso nos envió fotografías que lo confirmaban. Esto se considera un uso indebido del artículo, motivo por el cual CHERY rechazó su devolución.
Antes del envío, le informamos claramente que no podíamos realizar ni garantizar la programación. Incluso le ofrecimos cancelar el pedido y realizar un reembolso completo, pero usted decidió seguir adelante y confirmó que se encargaría personalmente de la programación. También dejamos claro que, si la programación no tenía éxito, el pedido no sería elegible para devolución ni reembolso, y usted aceptó dichas condiciones.

Update: Even though I received proof of delivery, but the package was never received at the destination. Appears I am a victim of delivery fraud. Something to consider when ordering online.

The quest for delivery at the door step
Though I received my goods within the earliest possible time, I had to travel quite a distance to go for collection. More specifically, move from from one region to the collection point which is usually not convenient. I suggest the necessary arrangement is made for clients to receive their packages at points closer to them. Other companies ship their goods to collection points very close to the recipients and that makes it quite easy and encouraging to buy more and also buy frequently.

Easy to buy
Honestly, I tried to buy my car part from another website before knowing about this website but they kept declining my order, so I decided to try elite parts and it was Honestly a great experience from start to finish. They emailed me giving me updates whenever something happened to my shipment and if there was any trouble and if they can help(which they did a lot).

القطعة التي قمنا بتوريدها لكم هي قطعة أصلية 100% وتم توريدها مباشرة من شركة GWM، ولم يتم تزويدكم بأي قطعة بديلة أو تجارية كما تدّعون.
ذكرتم أن "مختصًا" أخبركم بأن القطعة غير أصلية، ولكن لم يتم توضيح من هو هذا المختص أو ما هي الجهة التي يتبعها. مع كامل الاحترام، فإن الجهة الوحيدة المخولة بتأكيد أصالة قطع GWM هي الوكيل الرسمي أو الشركة المصنعة نفسها، وليس أي رأي غير موثق.
كما نود توضيح نقطة مهمة يغفل عنها الكثير، وهي أن ليس جميع قطع GWM الأصلية تحمل رقم القطعة مطبوعًا عليها، كما أن العديد من القطع الأصلية لا يتم توريدها في عبوات تحمل شعار الشركة أو باركود تحقق. وهذا أمر طبيعي ومعروف في صناعة قطع الغيار الأصلية، ولا يعد دليلًا بأي شكل من الأشكال على أن القطعة غير أصلية.
