Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the part shown in the product photos was exactly the same as the one that would be shipped to me. This was very important because even small differences in the design can affect compatibility and operation. The seller confirmed that the part matched the photos and assured me that I would receive the same item.
However, the part I received was not identical to the one shown in the photos on the website. There were several differences in important details. Although these differences may seem minor, they are significant and can affect the proper installation and functioning of the part.
When I contacted the seller about this issue, they completely ignored their previous assurances regarding the photos and focused only on the VIN number. The guarantees and statements made before the purchase suddenly no longer mattered. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept avoiding the main issue and refused to acknowledge that the delivered part differed from the product shown in the listing.
Had I known in advance how this situation would be handled, I would never have placed an order with this company.
Very disappointing customer service and after-sales support. I cannot recommend this seller.

We strongly disagree with this review, as it does not accurately represent the facts of this case as the customer is not saying the truth at all.
The customer ordered a specific OEM part using a specific part number, and we supplied the exact genuine CHERY part corresponding to that part number. During our review of the case, the customer provided photos of both the original part removed from the vehicle and the part received from us. Both parts clearly displayed the exact same OEM part number, confirming that the correct part was supplied.
Despite this clear evidence, the customer continued to claim that the part was incorrect based solely on perceived differences in the product photos. However, OEM part identification is determined by the manufacturer's part number, not by subjective visual observations. The part supplied matched both the ordered part number and the customer's original part number.
We believe this review is highly misleading because it omits these critical facts and does not accurately reflect what actually occurred. We encourage anyone reading this review to consider our complete review history and the experiences of our many satisfied customers worldwide, which accurately reflect our commitment to supplying genuine parts and providing professional customer service.
We stand by the accuracy of the part supplied and the handling of this case.

This company has a well laid out website of merchandise that’s easy to navigate. Their policies are straightforward and well documented ahead of time so there are no surprises. They provided me concierge service shipping my items internationally and will be the only place I get merchandise from should I ever have the need again. I’d recommend them to anybody. It took 2 weeks for the part to arrive. The part was $91 but freight was a killer$82. At least the part was correct.

and i sent them a picture first to get the same part and they sent a wrong part after waiting 20 days without car and i sent them to exchange or return and they refused despite they were wrong from first. they just want money no Customer care i do not trust them any more and i do not recommended them to any one and i made a complain in the ministry of commerce. be careful of them.

The customer initially sent only general photos that did not show any visible part number. Accordingly, we specifically requested clear confirmation of the part number before processing the order. The customer then provided the part number in writing and confirmed that it was correct, and we supplied the exact matching item accordingly.
After receiving the shipment, the customer later discovered that the provided part number was incorrect and belonged to a different part than the one actually installed on the vehicle. The item received was fully correct according to the exact reference number supplied and confirmed by the customer.
As per our policy, we cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect part numbers provided by customers. We fulfilled the order exactly as requested and did not make any mistake in the supply process.
