EMMA were so helpful through every stage of organising our event. Our account manager, Anu, was fantastic. She was always really responsive and happy to support us. The tech worked really well both in advance of the event and on the night itself. I would thoroughly recommend them.

In the past 10 years we have used four other fundraising technology providers for our annual event and EMMA has been by far our best experience yet!

The system is incredibly flexible, easy to use and not one of our 350 Gala guests had any issues at all - from initial ticket purchasing all the way to collecting silent auction bid payments at the end.

EMMA Live was fantastic - we had never used them before. Isha was incredibly supportive and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She spent time with us on a number of occasions explaining how all the functions worked and how they could be used to maximise fundraising at our event. Pre and post event support was 5 stars.
