Ordered a few items for a family passing. They claim they are a UK business doing handmade peices from Southampton. With an up to 14 day turnaround from order to delivery. 14 days have passed and the items are coming from HONG KONG still no items. Avoid this company by all means. Misleading and dishonest. Cheaper items found online from other china companies, i thought i paid extra for quality but more fool me. This company claims to be UK business and charges extra for claiming this. Very annoyed have sent details to trading standards and my bank.

Ordered from Engraved Memories took money straight away. No email to confirm order complete no email to confirm dispatch! I emailed numerous times no reply in over a week! Put a post on Facebook sharing their post and put about my experience to my surprise within 2 minutes of putting post on Facebook Engraved Memories removed their post from my page and immediately blocked me! He didn't even try to defend himself or appologise! He says company over 10 years but company house saying Engraved Memories started trading 2021! This is 1 guy doing this from a 3 bed house in Southampton! He told me during phone conversation he dispatched it over a week ago but royal mail tracking said they hadn't received it! Its now been 2 weeks I got update on royal mail yesterday telling me parcel at Princess Royal hub in NW10 o i phoned royal mail and I asked why it went there he said ITS COME FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY! I told him the guy said he posted it and he's in Southampton the royal mail person said he dont know why the guy from Engraved memories told me that! The guy from Engraved Memories is claiming he makes the items! His order completed times are a lie so are his delivery times and he dont reply to emails when chasing up an order that hasn't arrived!! I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered a necklace for a Christmas gift took money straight away, email to confirm however no email to confirm shipping. Sent numerous emails & no response tried calling but number does not work. It’s been a month now and nothing has come. Very disappointed don’t waste your money on this company. Have contacted my bank now as i doubt will ever receive my order UPDATE
I have actually received a parcel today hoping it was my order but no, it was from the company however completely different pet picture engraved and name & message!!!!

2nd time I have ordered from here. Great service. Good products lovely quality. Can't fault them in my experience with them.

picked them because they said they engraved and dispatched in 48hrs I ordered late Monday and asked for a proof image. On Wednesday I emailed them. On Thursday I did the same saying I needed the item for the weekend and would like the item sent Friday first class for Saturday. On Friday I called them. The guy said oh you want a proof image I said look I need it for Saturday so just send it today first class he said no problem I'll send it and it will be there Saturday. Today is Saturday I just rode back from Brighton a day early to get the item and take it to my mate whose brother was killed last week. The dog tag didn't arrive it was sent after 5pm im not sure what service. I'm now back at work Monday so won't be able to give it to my friend for another week. They are not the cheapest I ordered from them for their fast delivery. They made no effort to respond or send the item. Found their ebay shop and the same item was £10 less there
