During our trade morning with ESi David Brookes was very knowledgeable & polite. He engaged with my customers, explaining what sets their products apart and demonstrating functions. Great range and prices.

Had both Dave and Joe with us for a trade morning at James Hargreaves Garforth. Both top lads and really helpful and knowledgeable. Offer great support and backup for products we've sold and always help with any enquiries.

As a supplier of ESI products I can honestly say it is one of the better ranges of products on the market frome zone valves through to the mistral thermostat. We had a trade morning last week and David Brookes was engaging with customers and very knowledgable about all the products.

Good in-depth chat about the products, unfortunately unable to help with some smart trvs which in today’s world are a great energy saving tool. MKM hull

We have David and Joe in branch, today in JT Dove Wynyard. They were fantastic, they talked me through the products, engaged with customer amazingly, put me in the right direction for product help. Talked to me about the amazing engraving service they offer on their products. Two really nice genuine lads. excited to have them back with us later in the year for another trade morning! Boiler thermostat not working, i contacted Worcester helpline, only to be given a very unhelpful man who told me to watch a YouTube video...I then phoned Boxt who supplied the boiler who quoted me 180& to send an engineer to fit a new one and reciever..so i googled the price and found that they were around 30£ upwards. I then contacted ESI and was fortunate to get Emlyn, who talked me through some troubleshooting, with lots of patience and a great sense of humour, then send he would send me one out in the post.. great customer service and advise on how to fit everything, even suggested I call back on receipt of the thermostat/ reciever and he'd walk me through the installation, no patronising, just blind faith. A real pleasure doing business with ESI and Emlyn whose a credit to the company. Would definitely use again and recommend. 5* service

I would not use ESI again, very unhelpful service when an issue occurs blames it on everything else. Never again

David was fantastic for our trade morning at Kendal,
he had great interaction with customers, highly recommend David he is always happy help

David Brookes hosted a breakfast morning in the builders merchant where i work , mkm Peterlee , we had a great morning meeting installers and showing the new controls etc ! David is very knowledgeable and i look forward to booking another morning with him .

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Emlyn today and would like to thank him for his patience, understanding and amazing people skills. He spoke with me professionally, with kindness and with the occasional humorous comment which was much needed. I’ve had the long standing opinion that customer service generally is quite poor these days, no matter which companies you deal with, but Emlyn is most definitely a shining example of how it should be. Although I’m still not completely confident in my ability to program the box, he assured me they will help if needed. Thank you Emlyn and thank you ESi Controls. 10/10

Doesn't work with Worcester bosch green star 2000
Have contacted company two times they don't answer. Twice left messages on their answering phone didn't call me back. Dreadful company

I have an ESI ESRTERFW room thermostat fitted. It is an extremely erratic piece of equipment and appears to change the setting by itself. I am constantly having to manually adjust it to keep the room warm

Had both Dave and Joe with us for a trade morning at Wolseley Hessle - first of all 2 top guys great to deal with - secondly very knowledgeable and helped us get a sale over the line for a Mistral. Going to take more ESI in at branch as we know we can count on both for anything we need.
