Helpful.from start to finish .you have to be a scientist to understand the instructions though .should be made a lot simpler in future

The sales and selection process were all good. The cost seemed to represent good value compared with other options on the market. I would have given five stars but the packaging was insufficient for the weight of the radiator (ceramic slab inside) or it was mishandled by the couriers. The box arrived with some damage visible from the outside on one corner. When opening the box the following day, I noticed that polystyrene corner packaging was broken. When I lifted to radiator out, you could hear, what turned out to be chipped elements of the ceramic slab, rattling around within the casing. If I had not needed to install it the following day, I would have sent it back. However, all that said, I took a gamble and installed it. Everything works perfectly.
My only other issue is with the size of the text in the instruction manual and on the LED control panel. They are ridiculousley small! I don't wear glasses but I had to borrow my wife's to be able to see them, fortunately her glasses are quite strong!

Looks good, works well and dealt with courier issues as soon as they were made aware.

Excellent customer service delivery excellent good looking heater very good heating gets up to temperature very quickly been put in a front bedroom only issue i have control panel is very small and takes a bit of time to program as a bit complicated need to make this more simple especially if your an older person but overall a very good heater so far Mark.

WiFi version couldn’t use via phone WiFi. V annoying. Otherwise v slim. Pity cable not slightly longer but heating wise fine for now…I ordered 1 WiFi version and 1 non WiFi version.

Quick delivery, nice looking light radiators, easy installation. Took a bit of time to get used to the programming, but after the first couple,ok. Like how you can override or put on standby & the radiator remembers the program.

A good purchase. Especially with WiFi connection to the heaters. Easy to fit plus set up by WiFi.
July purchase but wanted to wait & see how the heaters work in winter before reviewing.

V helpful customer service chap. Order processed quickly and the delivery was arranged to suit my availability. If FedEx hadn't messed up it would have arrived on the correct day. As it was the delivery was a day late but that was not the fault of Best Electric.

Am happy with the slimline radiators although would describe them as cream coloured not white. I haven’t yet worked out the programming but simply switching on & off works fine at the moment. My only other observation is the loud ker-doink sound when the radiator begins to cool down after switching off!

The whole process from start to finish ie navigating the website, information, selection and ordering, was so straight forward anyone could do it. Delivery was within two days as stated. It looks great wall mounted, modern and slim and its excellent quality. Exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy to pay
