We bought our first Estarli folding bike in 2023 and shortly after a second. In 2025 we bought a full size 28.9. We've done over 5000 miles in total in bad weather, mud and extreme hills. We're very happy with the performance of the bikes and have had excellent support from Estarli. With a factory in the UK, any problems have been quickly resolved. And when parts wear out, they are typically not expensive to replace.

Estarli E.27. as been very reliable from day one Enjoying every time go for a bike ride took it to wales in middle of some stormy weather even rode through a flooded road,it kept going impressive in the rain. looking forward to some Sunny Days 🙂

Very pleased with Estarli bike E29 Pro. Very well put together with quality components throughout. Did have a little charging issue, but Estarli have very helpful UK service.

The staff were courteous and attentive, providing outstanding service. The design and quality exceeded my expectations, leaving me very satisfied.

There was a bit of delay in getting this order, but once I contacted Estarli, they were very helpful and quick to sort out the hitch, The e bike accessory arrived fast, and we are happy with the item.

Problem at first, but great customer service once they realised there was an issue.

Popped by to the Estarli HQ as I needed a few fixes to my 3 year old bike and couldn't be happier with the reception & service which followed.
Got a sneak preview also into the new bikes coming online too.
Some fabulous new additions we just wish there could be a trade in option ! 🤩

Bike is great, though I did have issues with the seat post moving but the bike was shipped back, fixed and returned to me in full working order. Ive still given 5 stars as I think this is a great product for the price in this market. We all know there can be issues, and its great that this company are prepared to sort them out. As Harry said to me when we talked about the issue, they would do anything to get the issue resolved and get me back on the road. Exactly the sort of attitude you need.
I'd buy again for sure.

I've had an estarli electric bike three months or so and initially was very happy. It is comfortable, not too heavy considering it's electric.
It went back to Bikeshed Out of Town branch where we bought it as the electrics stopped working. Bikeshed said it was the brakes which are controlled by the electrics and the initial cable was faulty. After waiting for two weeks for the cable to arrive, they took one from another, new bike they had in the shop.

I assumed this had fixed the problem but when I rode it again today it cut out and I had to walk. I have tried to ring the out of town branch today but got no reply and as I've always had good service from Exeter, I'm taking it back there tomorrow

They replied very quickly and answered all of our queries.
The person we dealt with was Julia really helpful felt that whatever we asked her wasn't to much trouble to reply.

We have had our Estarli Longtail for a week and we really love it. It has already opened up new places to explore for our young family, and every journey has been fun - even in the rain. Wish we'd got one sooner!

We had a couple of problems with the bike & we ended up returning it to be fixed. When it was sent back to us the problems had not been fixed (not happy). I rang to get a refund & Ben rang me back who apologised & assured me this was not normal & he asked us to return the bike again & give them another chase, within a week all was sorted. We are now pleased we stuck with the bike because we like it so much we are going to get another one.
