Rubbish company, no manners , no replies to emails about their bad tenants Apologising costs nothing,the management of this company should remember that.

I am leaving this review to share our experience so that future tenants and guarantors can make an informed decision.

Our dispute with this letting agent lasted around seven months and caused considerable stress to both myself and my family. Although we believed we had acted correctly as tenants, charges were pursued and communication quickly escalated to our guarantor, which was particularly upsetting.

We ultimately raised a formal complaint with The Property Redress Scheme (PRS), the government-approved body for letting agents. PRS investigated the matter in full and ruled entirely in our favour, awarding both a refund and compensation. The agent’s review request was declined, and payment was made following compliance action.

I am grateful that an independent body took the complaint seriously, but I am disappointed that it had to go that far to achieve a fair outcome.

If you are considering renting through this agent, especially with a guarantor, I strongly recommend understanding exactly how disputes are handled and being prepared to seek independent advice if needed.

I live next door to one of uk estate properties, their tenants are inconsiderate,noisy and don't have any respect for surrounding neighbours They are noisy throughout the day and even the early hrs of the morning the male shouts.
I've emailed this company on numerous occasions about their tenants but not once have this company had the decency to reply.
The garden is absolutely disgusting the grass is only cut once in a while,weeds are over a foot in height and rubbish is left on the driveway. This is a constant situation and the company should do something about it,landlords are just as responsible as their tenants!.
The homeowners in this area have pride in their property and we keep them tidy.
The male tenant uses disgusting language and often threatens his partner with violence,the company have been informed but once again no reply.
The situation seems to be as long as the rent is paid the company thinks we don't care and everyone else in the area can go fiddle.
Get your act together UK Estate and be the responsible legal landlords.

Terrible company even if you can call them that, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for how they treat their tenants, everything wrong with the house is your fault and your responsibility to fix (even if it's not your fault) run a mile and never look back, they think they'll get away with what they've done to me and my children. But they won't ill make sure of it

When you need repairs done the don’t get done or when they do it’s not right I have rented from them for 4 years now and have sent them email after email they fill a rotten door frame with silicone near the lock and say it’s done a double glazed window in the kitchen that opens don’t fit in the frame and you could run your finger round the edges on the inside what did they do black sticky draft tape doubled up so you can not see the day light though the windows frame and my immersion tank has been fault since November and they have been out multiple times and it is still not sorted I pay my rent on time never been in arrears I have even fitted a new kitchen in the house because the one that was there was badly fitted and no good I have spent a fortune on this property to get it nice and it’s all dead money to me because if I move it all has to stay this company will give you every excuse and do very little for the tenants I wish I could speak to the home owner directly and tell him what is going on shame on you for the way you treat your tenants
