Gradually the online customer support is improving, beyond simple email during office hours. They appear to now offer online chat out of hours. Which is of course, necessary and most welcome.

Disappointed. Even though there is a DNSSEC facility, in fact it is checked on whois or on DNS Lookup site if the DNSSEC status is still UNSIGNED and no DS Record is found

Being one year with EuroDNS, no issues and portal is clear to use with very good offer of services.

Loved it. Straight forward. Simplicity, clarity and ease of use. I enjoyed using it. Whois doesn’t seem to recognize my .fr domain name purchase though.

Very easy to set. I first transferred an existing account to EuroDNS. It went well. I also created a new domain, also with EuroDNS. I recently purchased a new email address. So far so good, even for someone with little computer skills.

Easy access and renewal. 2FA is possible which is appreciated.
The logout via the settings is not plausible, I think that it belongs to the user (ID...).
The translation into German is well done.

I got exactly the domain name I wanted and the support was helpful. I contacted the helpline as I wasn't sure how to get started on my website - very patient.

I was not able to pay on time to renew my domain so I had to pay twice to renew and reactivate. as an old loyal customer I expect no penalty for late renewal.
May be it was better to have the domain expired then I was able to re-register and activate at half price

Die Kommunikation ist unfreundlich bis frech. Die Hilfeseiten korrespondieren nicht wirklich mit den Inhalten der EURODNS Oberfläche und des CPanels. Möglicherweise sind diese eher für absolute Cracks ausgerichtet, die vorher ein vollständiges theoretisches Informatikstudium abgeschlossen haben aber für den Laien sind diese Inhalte eine absolute Katastrophe. Im Zweifel funktioniert dann die vom Kunden beauftragte Site ganz einfach nicht, die man für viel Geld bei EURODNS gehostet hat. Wenn man Pech hat bekommt man auch noch einen netten Kommentar mit auf den Weg so nach dem Motto: Man könne nicht detailliert helfen aus zeitlichen Gründen und man solle sich einen Experten suchen. Das habe ich dann gemacht und der hat sofort gesagt: Besser einen anderen Anbieter suchen. Alles sehr ärgerlich, zeit- und kostenintensiv. Ach ja: ich habe den Verdacht, dass EURODNS provozieren möchte, dass der unwissende Kunde ein noch teureres Produkt kauft in der Hoffnung: alles wird besser. Wird es aber nicht. Mein Vorschlag an EuroDNS: Kunden-Support ausbauen und die Bedienungsseiten userfreundlich gestalten.

Excellent service, search and management. The shopping cart to manage the buying itself is most USERUNFRIENDLY not allowing for proper evaluation and de-selection. Go back to the earlier cart.
