Ware bestellt- am 31.08. wurde der betrag von meinem Konto abgebucht. Trotz mehrerer Emails habe ich die Ware bis heute (17.10.) nicht erhalten- jedes Mal eine andere Geschichte...zuerst war die Verzögerung auf Corona zurückzuführen, dann hieß es, die Ware hänge beim Zoll (seit 9.9.20). Meine letzte Email wurde dann schon gar nicht mehr beantwortet. Hände weg von dieser Firma!

Auch wenn ich auf die Bestellung etwas länger warten musste und keine Tracking/ Sendungsverfolgung hatte, was mich zunächst stutzig machte und die Bewertungen hier ja auch nicht unbedingt zu einen positiven Bauchgefühl beitragen, ist die Bestellung vollständig bei mir angekommen.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! COMPLETE CONMEN!! I PLACED A ORDER OVER 6 WEEKS AGO AND GUESS WHST STILL NOT HAD MY ORDER!!! THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT'S ONROUTE BUT REALLY THEY HAVE JUST TAKEN MY MONEY AND RUN OFF!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered Dhea . It took 5 weeks to ship to Canada. Gotta admit I was worried after reading reviews on this site after I ordered but the bottle came in eventually and everything looks fine. I'm betting everyone posting these "take your money and run reviews" are either a competitor or just used to Amazon shipping speeds and assume they have been scammed. If you need your items fast your better off trying another supplier.

I Will be taking this matter up with trading standards and will be taking them to court to get this company shut down.

An "Order Completed” email was not sent.
However, I received tracking number email about a week later.
A week after that, My order arrived.
(A total of about 2 weeks)

Avoid at all costs. The website gives the impression the order is being fulfilled in the UK and offers a 6-9 day delivery with UPS. 29 days later and still no parcel. I have chased on a weekly basis with customer service and had the same response saying my parcel is en route with UPS and I should track online. The online tracking tells me its in transit.
When I requested a refund for non fulfilment they then told me the order is with customs and will be with me "soon". Which is too late as this was a supplement to support a round of IVF and needed 2 weeks ago.
Do some more research and find a more reliable, professional company in your own country.

Habe am 6.04.2020 bestellt, seit 8.04. hängt das Melatonin beim Zoll, habe am 9.06. die Nachricht von der Deutschen Post erhalten, mit Anhang vom Zoll wegen Einfuhr von Arzneimitteln aus USA, dachte es wird innerhalb von Europa versendet, und das ich noch vom Regierungspräsidium Post erhalte. Ebenso Hinhalte-Mails bekommen. Habe heute an EUROVITAL geschrieben …

I'm very sad to say that Eurovital have be extremely unhelpful with a duplicate order that was made by there website crashing when I put an order in in May for supplements.

I noticed the company had taking a double payment from my credit card of £140.00 give or take a few quid.

I emailed to ask why two payments had been taken, only to be told I'd made two identical orders within seconds of eachother.

This all very odd even if this was the case and I had deliberately made two identical orders within seconds of eachother. Why has UPS only sent me one tracking number for one parcel the I have received this week!

When I put my card details into the website and went to checkout the sight crashed on me. So I went back in and there was my order still the the shopping basket on the website. So I attempted to check out again, this time it worked and I was given a message on the screen to say my order had been completed successful.

I did take a screenshot of this because I didn't feel confident the order had gone through properly. I have now sent this screen shot to Eurovital and explained I only received one order confirmation at the time.

All Eurovital keep emailing me to say is I am sorry your order is on it's way! If the orders had been made seconds apart where is it then?

I don't want another duplicate £140 worth of supplements, I want my money back!

Habe zweimal Ware in 2019 erhalten. Topqualität. Nun scheint der Bezug wegen Arzneimittelgesetz nicht mehr möglich zu sein. Dafür kann die Firma nichts. Sehr Schade! Wieder eine Alternative erfolgreich aus dem Weg geräumt. Danke Pharma!

To date this has been a really reliable company. Unfortunately my order of the 10april must be stuck in a warehouse in the USA waiting for a plane. It wouldn't be so bad if they updated their website and were honest about the collapse of shipping. Looks like I need to go through the pain of a refund

It's a consumer scam. They don't deliver the products, don't respond to emails and don't refund

I agree with another reviewer. I had bought from them before and it worked. I checked carefully this time to see that they would send it from Europe, not the US. Website didn't say US.
PLEASE NOTE: They send products from the United States, NOT from Europe. You get BIG trouble with customs (additional fees, fines or they can destroy your products or send them back without a refund!!!!!).
Don't buy from this company. I never got my order and I never got a refund. I spent about 1 700 SEK. That is about 170 euro!
I asked them if I could have what's left refunded when they got my order back from Swedish customs. Answer was that this was my own problem.

Meine Lieferung kam auch nicht an. Habe aufgrund einer negativen Bewertung hier auf Trustpilot mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen - komplett. Aber: jetzt habe ich ein Ermittlungsverfahren vom Zoll am Hals wegen Dopings. Hatte DHEA 100mg bestellt.

Finger weg von dieser betrügerischen Firma - die bestellten Produkte, die für Deutschland keine Zulassung haben, landen letztendlich beim Zoll und werden zurückgeschickt. Seit Monaten warte ich vergebens auf die Rückzahlung/Gutschrift - jedesmal erzählen Sie eine andere Geschichte.

Eurovital und Biovea verkaufen Medikamente, die auf dem deutschen Markt nicht zugelassen sind.
Geld wird einbehalten, wir haben ja einen Vertrag mit einem Händler aus USA geschlossen, dessen AGBS
hier nicht gelten.
Finger weg es sind Betrugsfirmen. Vorschlag: Würde eine Sammelklage einreichen, wenn sich genügend
Menschen beteiligen.
Allein deshalb, dass Eurovital und Biovea auf dem deutschen Markt verschwinden. Wer macht mit?

This is a bad service. Was ok in the UK but outside it was very bad, not completing customs slips caused me no end of bother and I am still waiting to see if i get my money back
