Quick appointment arranged following software issue previously dismissed by another branch. Replacement sensor ordered and replaced the same day under warranty. When this failed a few days later, car was immediately analysed and problem identified - outstanding service

Ford C-Max purchased on the 9 December…
Ford C-Max purchased on the 9 December 2024 from Evans Halshaw Ford Gainsborough. I strongly advice not to purchase ANYTHING from this dealer. I've been promised to have simple issues to be fixed (promised at the moment of purchase)...NOTHING happened so far, just empty words. Like a children, honestly. I've raised the ticked with Evans Halshaw, I've used Resolver also I was told the case has been transferred to Head of Business - no news at all. Evans Halshaw has done NOTHING to satisfy customer, they even don't keep promises. Children, not professionals. Guys - just go to a different seller.

Warranty or no warranty?
Bought a 2020 second hand car from their Gainsborough branch. A little while later I notice the reverse sensor is broken so phone to get it repaired to no avail, Gainsborough pass the buck, my local Evan’s Halshaw Milton Keynes cannot help, the women said their diagnostic machine can’t even diagnose tyre pressure issue. Make your own mind up but to my mind I’m dealing with amateurs. So please be aware any warranty they offer you won’t be worth the paper it’s written on.
